Absolutely love my hair! Caela was very knowledgeable and friendly! I'm so relieved I found a good salon, great price and amazing work! I felt welcomed and comfortable. For once, I had no anxiety or the feeling of being judged! Loved the atmosphere! Thank you!

The service was well done and quick. However, my stylist was more interested in talking to the other stylist about her upcoming exam than talk to me. It was kind of boring and she really didn't seem like talking when I tried to engaged her.

There was also a dog there that I got to pet which is cool to me, but might not be to others.

Very nice experience, open concept atmosphere, everything was very clean and maintained. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Explained she would be right with me, offered me a coffee. Competitive rates from what I experienced. Text appointment reminders are nice. Parking is a bit difficult- might have to park by Hanna Seeds if the public parking is full. I would return.

We got a gift card as a gift from a friend so it was my husbands first time going. He was not impressed. He got a brand new out of school girl who did an undercut which faded on the wrong side. Which is a big problem when you have a cowslick that makes your hair only like to part to that side. She was obviously painfully slow and didnt double check with him about any details of his haircut which is a huge problem when you wear glasses and can't see what they are doing. The supervisor didnt come until the end and only noticed some uneven cutting. His cowlick is very obvious and if she would have tried to style it at all she would have realized she needed to fix it further. So even though this was a "free" haircut it turned out to be a lesson for him to just stick with Darryl the barber.
