Bought the so called refurbished hot tub. It has pretty much leaked the entire 3 years I owned it. Not worth the money I paid for it. I don’t even want to fix it anymore. Very frustrated, looks like it’s going to the dump as it’s a piece of junk. Woke up too many mornings with my patio flooded with water. My wife is done. I was hoping for so much more when I bought this hot tub. The initial delivery was delayed a month because of leaking issues and these issues never got solved. The hot tub was patch work refurbished. I don’t recommend.

The prices and service here were great! We bought our hot tub cover here, our last one was toast and we weren’t sure how to measure it since it was in shambles. Darren helped us measure it correctly and it was delivered to our home. Easy peasy, I would recommend Classic Spas if you need help with your hot tub.

Needed a specific knife valve that split and leaked and needed it quick. They don't make it anymore and ordering online would take over a week. It was Sunday and classic spas was open so i gave it a try. Darren searched through a lot of inventory and managed to find the part i needed! While I was there I told him about a couple projects I was doing with my hottub and he knew exactly what I was doing and made some recommendations that I never knew existed! I bought a tub from Darren 2 years ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. Delivery was late and from the get go I was having problem after problem with the tub. Darren would come out to fix but nothing was working. This was costing me lots in energy costs and constant headaches. After 9 months of back and forth, we came to an agreement that he should take the tub back because the issue was non stop. We came to agreement that he would reimburse about 70% of what I paid for it which I accepted reluctantly. He made me wait 4 months before picking it up and then on pickup said that he would give me money once he fixed it and resold it. I am pretty easy going and he said it would be a few weeks so I let it go. Months went by and nothing. I finally got more and more upset and he decided to give me half and I would later get the rest. I always took him at his word. More months would go by and nothing. Ignoring calls and texts. Finally he agreed to give me another quarter of payment. It has now been 19 months since we made agreement for return and I'm still waiting for my payment. A pure nightmare and so much wasted time. Interest rates go up, inflation goes up and he is as busy as ever yet he can't repay me the money he owes me. I question his integrity and business practice and would recommend anyone to do what I ended up doing, buying a new tub to avoid potential nightmare situations. He has cost me thousands and I'm in the process of getting a suit against him for money owed, interest and time wasted. Do not buy from him.

I've had my hot tub from classic spas about two months now. Couldn't be happier. I use it twice a day at least. Perfect working order, looks brand new. It's changed my life actually. I sleep better, stress levels are far lower...just a great way to end the day.
Darren was very helpful and knowlegable. I had a lot of questions after my purchase as this was my first tub. He responded in a timely manner and was always happy to help.
My only caution to those visiting classic spas for the first time is to not let the ambience of the yard scare you. I went in the middle of winter...it was slushy and muddy and all the tubs are stored outside. I'll admit I was wondering if I was making a good choice by stopping in. But, once I stepped inside and saw the three tubs Darren was working on for other customers...my mind was at ease and I went and picked one out that day.
The model I chose is around $12000 brand new. I paid $4800. That included delivery, extra thick cover and a 2 year warranty! Plus six months of water treatment for your tub. Pretty sweet deal!
Very happy customer here! Go take a look before you buy brand new!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a piece break and I called a dozen places and no one could help. I was planning to go across the border when I called Classic Spas. Darren instantly understood the issue, communicated with me on a Sunday while closed, let me drop a part off while closed, fixed it, and returned it all without charging me. I will not use another hot tub store since this was way above and beyond regular customer service. Thanks Classic Spas!

I have had x 2 pumps rebuilt on my Tub with Classic. Their work was excellent and the price saved me $3200 over the Original Dealers price for repair. This is 100% accurate. They do know what they are doing and provide and excellent service
