I'm feeling really disappointed with my appointment today. I had called earlier in the week to book an appointment and mentioned that I have a newborn with me and if it was okay if I came in with damp hair that they could cut because I knew that my time is limited with my baby, they said no problem. I came in today and let the lady know that all I want is my hair cut shorter with layers and face framing. After 15 minutes, it seemed like she was finished already and I had asked her if she could do some more face framing. After another 5 minutes when she was done, I looked at it and it didn't look like any of my hair was layered at all and it seemed like she was rushing the hair cut so I didn't bother asking again for layers. I had also asked if it was possible for her to wax my eyebrows if she had time, so she did. She didn't show me my eyebrows once and when I got to the car to look at them, they look barely touched and there are so many hairs left that I have to tweeze at home. I was charged $62 (not including a tip) for a haircut (no wash, dry or style) and eyebrow wax that neither was done well.
A year ago, I wouldn't have even bothered to make a review and just wouldn't have went back but I was really looking forward to this haircut especially since going anywhere with a newborn is stressful, being on maternity leave, money is so tight and I have a wedding to go to this weekend. I sobbed on the way home, not only because my hair looks awful but because I spent money on something that was supposed to make me feel really pretty postpartum.
Maybe it's my fault for not repeating myself again and checking my eyebrows in a mirror around the shop but I already had enough anxiety taking my baby in by myself that I just wanted to leave.
The only reason I'm leaving a 2 star review is because one of the girls came over and calmed my baby for me and they seemed like really nice people.

This was our first time here and it was a wonderful experience. My son got his hair coloured dark blue. The ladies were so warm and welcoming. Not only did we love the staff but also the atmosphere.

He's really happy with his hair now that they fixed it for him.

Classy Cuts and all stylists who work here are amazing! I've had my hair done several times by Diana and tanned here periodically over the last few years and I do have to say this:
-The appointment ALWAYS starts on time
-The salon is ALWAYS clean
-Everyone is professional and friendly
-The pricing is great
-AND I ALWAYS LOVE MY HAIR!

Absolutely love this place! I have Tara do my hair and she does an amazing job! She also has given both my kids there first hair cuts and was extremely patient and kind to them. I Cant say enough nice things about this place.

Cathy did my hair on my wedding day and I couldn't have been HAPPIER! She was amazing and the other staff who did my Bridesmaid's hair were AWESOME! We had the best time and everyone loved thier up-dos! I couldn't recommend this place more. Thank you!!!

Diana is amazing my hair is perfect, I had a cut today and she really gave me a cut I can finally love, she really knows what you’re looking for. Also does my daughters hair, her highlights were amazing I’m super happy with how they turned out.

The owner and Diana were very nice and professional. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. Diana was great with my 11 year old daughter. This was her first time cutting a lot of her hair off, and she did exactly what she wanted.
We will be back for sure!!
