Clearwater Pools has been Clode Sound Motel’s pool and hot tub supply shop for over 30 years. Our business is located approx. 2 1/2 hour drive away in the middle of Terra Nova National Park so we do conduct our own pool and hot tub maintenance. However, when we call Clearwater Pools, they have always been extremely helpful in guiding us through any maintenance issues, providing us tips on how to remedy a concern, if they ever do not have a part in stock, they are prompt in getting our parts ordered so we do not have to wait long to fix an issue we may be experiencing. Our family has a Bull Frog Hot tub as well as an in ground heated pool. I would have to highly recommend the management and staff at clear water pools. The whole team has done an amazing job installing our pool, maintaining our pool weekly, as well as our hot tub. We have a large dog in our back yard and the maintenance team are greeted by him every week and it is a pleasure to see that he is treated as one of the family. Their service is exceptional, the management ad staff have gone above and beyond to service our hot tub this summer after we experienced a faulty board. Their services has added to our experience and enjoyment of our pool in our back yard.

Terrible customer service. Purchased an electrical shut off switch for my spa. Due to pandemic the contractor was delayed installing and when he opened the sealed box the breaker was damaged. I contacted Clearwater where it was purchased and they were less then helpful. Was told if it was purchased on an account then they would look up the transaction.
Sold me defective electrical parts and were not willing to work with me to make it right.
Will buy from other retailer for any future purchases.
