If there is one thing you do for yourself, make it this! I had such an amazing experience with Jenna and the Pampering service. Jenna met me at the entrance of the building when I arrived and showed such enthusiasm to meet me, the space was beautiful and very calming. She walked me through what the service would look like in detail so no element would be a surprise. This is hands down the best head, neck, and facial massage I have ever received. Each manipulation was intentional and the pressure being just the right balance of relaxing and beneficial. It was hard to fight falling asleep while in her care! We had a very thoughtful conversation after that left me feeling very comfortable with her and the space, I’m so excited to come back for another treatment! Thank you Jenna and the Cloud Nine team for creating a little oasis close to home 🤍

Excellent! I love a great scalp massage but I took the facial with it. It’s very relaxing. Jenna was superb. It would be nice to have a back pillow for those of us who can’t lay on their backs for 2+ hrs. Docking 1 star for that because I was feeling slightly achy. Otherwise the service was excellent. Skin and hair feels great. Will be going back. Thank you!

Myself and a friend went in mid January for the full pampering experience, and had a wonderful time!! If you like it when people play with your hair, this is 100000% for you. Amanda and Jenny were our technicians, and both were lovely - very polite and calm energies. We will absolutely be back to Cloud 9!

I am absolutely overjoyed with my experience with Cloud 9 and the owner Lilly.
I am amazed first off by the kindness and generosity of the owner herself and how she took me into her busy day with such sort notice to help me with some severe stress and head tension. I genuinely felt pampered and cared about and that meant a lot to me.
The atmosphere is beautiful. One of the rooms overlook the Calgary downtown area.
The room I was in had a really cool lighting vibe and the beds are very spacious and comfortable.
The service itself was fantastic and my hair has literally never felt softer. My tensions felt like they had just melted away and the facial massage was the best I have ever had!
This was an experience I will never forget and will definitely be coming back with friends next time 🙂

This is the best money i have ever spent getting pampered. The space is beautiful and luxurious with a stunning panoramic view of the Calgary sky line. The room has a very tranquil ambiance with relaxing music and water fall sounds. I chose the 100 minutes "pampering" session. My specialist Amanda was very friendly and more importantly very skilled. Every step of the process felt like it was done with special care; it was difficult to pick which part was my favourite. I also got a chance to speak with the owner (Lilly) and she too was just lovely. I cannot recommend this business enough, will definitely be returning!

Absolutely the best place to go if you want to relax and feel completely comfortable.

Location: Easy to get to, once in the building turn right and take the elevator to the third floor. Parking confused me a bit, I parked in the lot that said reserved but not entirely sure that was correct. As soon as you walk in there is beautiful chairs that I am sure everyone would want a picture on, the place is so aesthetically pleasing.

Room: Felt as though every detail of that room was thought of with care and passion to give the best experience; wall decor, lighting, smell, and room temperature was perfect.

Experience: I chose the Enhanced and it was such an amazing time from beginning to end. It is hard to find a completely judgement free space, especially being plus sized but I genuinely loved every minute. Many places say inclusive to all, but this one takes first place in my books in feeling this way. For not being open for even a year yet, it is an oasis that feels as though she takes pride in her work and wants you to feel special; as if you were her only client for the entire day.

Would recommend this spa to anyone who wants a safe space to let go of all your worries and have a relaxing time. Will definitely go back in the future.
