Our little family moved to Gibbons at the end of June and have been wanting to try Coach's Corner for a bit now. My husband and I finally ventured down there last night and absolutely loved our meals! We'll come back for sure considering it's a 2 minute walk from our front step.

The waitress was also super friendly and her drink recommendations were spot on! Delicious!

Went here for lunch with a friend who lives in Gibbons. I figured he was a regular when our server told him what he's drinking and had it spot on. I had the stuffed portobello mushrooms. On the first bite, I was completely impressed. I'm not sure it could have been any better, it was that tasty. I don't expect great food in a small town. What a huge and pleasant surprise. I don't really care if the presentation is good or not, but it was quite beautiful. I regret not taking a picture. I raved about it to our server and demanded she tell the cook how impressed I was. Later, the manager came out to thank me for the comments about the food. To me that was an impressive move. The food quality and the service was top notch in my books. It's no wonder my buddy eats here more than once a week. I should note that the manager tells me that the chef makes the sauces from scratch. That too is impressive and more importantly, very delicious. This place could be a good excuse to visit my buddy more often.

We ordered take out. 2 beef dips with fries. The fries were burnt and the au jus for the sandwiches tasted like coloured water. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I had been craving a beef dip for weeks. 😒

Great little bar and grill for a small town like Gibbons. Children are allowed until 9 pm and they have a kids menu and coloring pages for the kids. The decor is nicely done, not overwhelming or trying too hard to be vintage or hipster. I was pleasantly surprised at the serving of the food! At so many places the serving sizes have gotten smaller while the prices went up. Our serving sizes seemed to be worth what we paid for I had a chicken clubhouse and it had real grilled sliced chicken breasts, They weren't the full chicken breasts, which I actually appreciate because when a clubhouse has the full chicken breasts on it, with all the bread and bacon and the veggies on it. Otherwise the sandwich is way too big and it's hard to fit in your mouth. The way they served it with the sliced full chicken breast was much easier to handle and to eat. And much tastier, in my opinion because it wasn't overloaded with chicken. It had real cheese slices fresh lettuce, real bacon, tomato, and plenty of Mayo! They didn't skimp on anything, it was so good! Served with steak fries, which are my favorite, the plate was piled with them, there was so much, I actually had enough to take home for a meal later. My companions child had poutine and the plate was loaded with the steak fried, cheese and gravy. She too, couldn't finish it all. My companion had the Coaches burger, lots of steak cut fries and toppings in the budget, but it was missing he pickle that was promised as a topping. Not even worth mentioning as, like the other two meals, it was very well made Lots of good food, great atmosphere, we were very impressed! We will definitely be eating here again the next time we come through town, which is a about once every two weeks!

My hubby and I ordered take out tonight. Food was so good I have no pics! I got the fish & chips and my hubby got the beef dip. Service was fast and lovely! Very good! Would recommend!

Went to Coaches Corner last night for supper to check out the new menu items and it was sooooo good! The buffalo chicken sandwich with house made pickles was unreal!! Also had the Thai Chicken wrap with the beet and goat cheese salad and it was delicious!

We visited for breakfast and everything was good , tasty food & friendly customer service in Gibbons. Also, the manager was very nice to us .
