Always heard about The Cobblestone, decided to stop in. There were 3 of us, it was so busy, we were seated at the bar. The atmosphere was great, people were wonderful, nobody complained about waiting in line or outside on bench. We ordered the jalapeños popper burger and fries,the pub house and sweet potato fries, and ceasar salad. I got a banana freeze drink, I think it was called, it was terrific. The food was all great. I would so tell everyone to call ahead book your table. It is worth the stop. The waitresses were very attentive, friendly and very helpful.
Was amazed that this little restaurant in this little town was this busy, imagine what it will be like in summer. I will totally be back to walk threw stores, in warmer weather. And to be back to eat.
So stop in to grab bite or try one of their cocktails.

Just moved to Paris Ontario and had to check out Cobblestone. Right on the corner of downtown near the river crossing.

Stopped in for a late dinner, food was delicious and service was excellent.

Had the Classic burger with fires, my party ordered the fish and chips and wings. We had the Thirsty Thursdays beer on special.

Great experience and great place to watch a game. Highly recommend if your in Paris Ontario.

My date and I made the reservation a week or so in advance, and in the "special requests" section, we asked the server to randomly do the chicken dance at our table.

We did this, because we are children posing as adults.

We in no way expected our request to be honored.

Mid way through or meal, to our surprise (and absolute delight), a young woman jumped in front of our booth, and performed the forementioned dance.

Everything was wonderful at Cobblestone that evening, but we truly enjoyed how amazing the service was. It was a nice reminder that there are other children out there, posing as adults.

My date and I each ordered the steak and ale pie. It was served with salad and mashed potatoes. This entrée arrived well presented and was delicious. It was our first experience at the Cobblestone, but it won't be our last. Great atmosphere and vibe.

UPDATE: And we are back. We dined in as a family this time and arrived without a reservation. I would strongly recommend a reservation in the future however they were able to seat us.. The service was excellent and the food more than met our expectations. Kids options were plentiful. We recommend Cobblestone Public House as a place to visit. Earned 5 stars on this occasion. Supporting Local. Enjoy!

PREVIOUS: We decided to give Cobblestone Public House a try and placed an order for takeout. The service was good and our food was prepared in a timely manner given how busy they appeared to be. We enjoyed the food options and were pleased with the quality/taste. We will be back for sure. Enjoy!

Visiting Paris for the first time, saw the Cobblestone public house while strolling around downtown.
The location is fabulous, right next to the bridge and just opposite Arlington hotel.
Loved the interiors of the pub 🍻
Service - We had the most amazing server, she was smiling and never was away so we had to wait. In fact when I asked about the hotel opposite, she was so kind to tell the story of the Arlington hotel. The pub is a laid back ambiance.
Food -They have excellent Onion rings..next time I am gonna order more onion rings
Chicken Curry was delicious and the chicken masala was great. Pillowy naan bread added to the deliciousness of the dish. Huge portions by the way!!
Chicken Caesar wrap was a bust - unfortunately lots and lots of romaine and no chicken or even cheese. Sadly I didn't like it at all.

Oh the washroom door above is quirky and the ambiance has lots of photos along the stairs.

Must visit when in Paris!!

Being a little picky, but overall it was an “ok” experience. The food was not bad but nothing outside of the ordinary. The Grilled Reuben was a little oily and the Lake Erie Perch good. The tap beer was disappointing as it was not cold enough to our taste. Both beers we ordered were not equally bad.
Service was good, the pub atmosphere ok but the mix of a bad beer with an ok food put us a little off with the overall experience.
