Disappointing experience. First time getting my hair cut in over 10 years and I was excited for a trim and have my bangs cut. Now my bangs look like this :/ there are long pieces still from parts she missed and it’s not even close to straight on the front. Sadly I think the lack of care was due to the fact I’m not a repeating client, which I would have been until this. Showed the woman a picture for the bang style and I think she looked at it for 1 second. End of appointment there was no asking “how do you like it” or anything. Just handed me the machine and sent me out. Hope this helps someone else trying to decide who to pick. Inserted a before and after pic. I will add no one was rude but when you’re doing services like this where you can make or break someone’s day, maybe try and make sure their satisfied with the finish.

I have gotten my lashes done at this salon several times by different lash techs and was never disappointed, and most of all, Chaylee at this salon have been doing my hair/extensions for almost two years and I always love the outcome! She gets you to your dream hair goals while still maintaining your hairs best health! Would recommend this place to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Chay! She transformed my hair with her amazing extensions, and I am absolutely in love with the results. Her attention to detail and expertise are unmatched. Not only did she make my hair look fabulous, but she also made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. If you're looking for a talented hair extensionist, Chay is the one to go to! Got my lashes done here , wasn’t a great experience . Could barely blink without my eyes pinching and my eyes swelling up . She did a half fast job and would stick one cluster to about 4-5 of my natural lashes . Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place . Had to pay someone to remove all my lashes and she said my lashes were so damaged that I should wait a few months before getting anymore lash extensions .

Had stubborn built up iron in my blonde hair making it almost orange in places. Went in for an iron treatment and full tonal service and I came out a beautiful platinum blonde. Couldn't have asked for my hair to come out any better. Very professional and friendly ladies.
