We had our wedding reception at Coloniale in July 2020. The entire experience was incredible! Charlotte is a dream to work with. She worked hard throughout the entire planning process to keep us updated with the constantly changing restrictions, and always went above and beyond to help us have our perfect wedding! Our food was delicious, the venue is beautiful, and everything turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Charlotte helped keep our planning process so stress free and we will forever recommend Coloniale to any of our friends looking for a wedding venue!

Colonial is a wonderful gem that has an amazing club house. The staff are friendly and courteous. The greens are amazing without any winter kill. The fairways are lush, bunkers are soft and well maintained, the sandwiches are amazing. I enjoyed every aspect of the course. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet round of golf, enjoy the views, and lose yourself thinking about how blessed you are to be alive. I hope everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the slice of paradise.

Went to a friend’s wedding ceremony and reception at this golf course and it was great! The staff were super friendly and the amenities were really well maintained. It was a smaller wedding so the bar, lounge and dining hall was the perfect size. If they allow non-members I’ll definitely be back to try out their driving range.

Course is in fantastic shape! Pleasantly impressed that we didn't have to wait on any of the holes, the pace of play was perfect !!! ... played the round in under 4 hours! Maintenance staff had done an amazing job with clearing leaves from the course!

I've golfed Coloniale multiple times this summer with my brother who is a member. The course itself is fine, good golfing to be had for sure. We've had fun many rounds, but this golf course has issues.

The problem I have with the course are the maintenance and lawn crews. Absolutely the worst examples of on-course etiquette I've ever seen in my 40+ years golfing. We have had grounds crew driving lawnmowers in front of tee boxes while teeing up, setting up irrigation while on par 3 tee boxes between golfers who are already on the hole, power tools being started within 10m of swinging, loud inappopriate conversations....almost like it's happy hour for staff at 2 p.m. Just absolutely zero training in professional golf course etiquette. For $100+ for a round, and I'm sure the annual membership fees aren't cheap, Coloniale is not giving its members and guests a high quality golf experience.

What needs to happen is for the grounds superintendent to actually do his/her job and train employees who are typically university/college students in what is and isn't acceptable while working on the course. They have it backwards where grounds crew have the right of way, not the people paying their wages - the golfers.

It is a really nice golf course, maybe not the place for a first timer. The staff was not friendly to my group and I on the course at all but we were holding some other groups up which was understandable but the sass was unnecessary. I was double charged and did not realize and wouldn't have known if the staff didn't inform me and told me to come back for the refund so that was nice. They seemed a little sympathetic at the front afterwards with the refund.

I attended a golf tournament on a Friday and was the MOH at a wedding the next day and each event was amazing. The staff was friendly
And helpful. The food was amazing and just a great facility and golf course! Tons of fun. Will def be back.
