Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything exceeded my expectations. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. The staff at the Comfort inn and suites in Terrace BC were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available.

Been coming here back and forth since July for my work trip. I’m a travel HCA. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. They also host a pizza night every Wednesday. We even had a thanksgiving dinner that was prepared by the owner. Bonus is that you get a nice view of the Mountains from your windows. I will for sure comeback in this hotel on my future trips.

Nice place, modern and clean, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast buffet has hot and cold items, can even make your own waffles. Is very nice and you can put together a plate and take to your room. I would recommend it for any stay in Terrace

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location. And they host thanksgiving dinner for everyone at the hotel and food is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

By fare one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. All the staff are super friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure. Always great you when you come in or walk by. |The free breakfast in the morning is the best I’ve ever had. The food is cooked really good, and fresh. The eating area is super clean and they are right there if someone spills or makes a mess. The room we stayed in was huge!! Bed was super comfortable. The hotel in general and grounds are clean and tidy…. Definitely was impressed with the staff and hotel. Highly recommend to stay

Amazing stay! The room was clean! We were upgraded to room with kitchenette. The free breakfast was great! Lots of options! They served bacon, sausage, egg, waffles, slices of bread, etc. The other hotels that we had been too didn’t have waffle station or worst, no meat to offer.
