This was the second major family event where we’ve ordered a cake from Confections Cake Company St Albert. They obviously take great pride in what they do and the attention to detail. I provided a photo of a cake I liked with real flowers and they recreated it. It was BEAUTIFUL!! Not only did it look good, it was light and delicious. We will order from them again. Thank you!

5 Stars – A Delightful Breakfast Experience!

We had such a wonderful visit to Confections Cake Co. in St. Albert this morning! Brittany is always such a bright presence—so friendly and genuinely engaging with everyone who walks through the door.

The Belgian waffle options were amazing, with just the right balance of flavour. My senior parents can be quite particular about how their eggs and bacon are cooked, and the staff went above and beyond to get everything just right. That kind of attention to detail really stood out.

The lattes and americanos were smooth, rich, and perfectly prepared—just what we needed to round out a great breakfast.

Thank you to Brittany and the team for another outstanding experience. We'll definitely be back soon!

I ordered cupcakes for my baby shower and they were absolutely delicious! All my guests loved them. Not only did they taste amazing, but they also looked even more beautiful than I expected. Thank you so much for making my special day extra sweet.

I had a great experience! The milkshake was delicious—creamy, flavorful, and just the right consistency. What really made the visit stand out, though, were the two lovely ladies working there. They were incredibly attentive, hardworking, and genuinely friendly. Their positive energy and dedication to great service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Stopped by on a whim for some dessert with my besty. We had the vanilla caramel popcorn cake and a short bread chocolate biscuit. They were both absolutely amazing! Everything was homemade and so fresh and delicious. I am getting hungry just thinking about it right now. They have a selection of boardgames and tables and lots of funky art. The owner, who served us, was so friendly and nice. They also have a variety of other food too available. Highly recommend to anyone in search of good quality, delicious food.

I have had many great experiences at Confections! Their high tea is incredible and my tiny human loves their cookies! They have fun cocktails and great beer! 10/10 recommend stopping in for dessert, drinks and good vibes!!

I had the opportunity to try Confections Cake Co. over the weekend and made a few observations…

The pricing is a bit outlandish, for me at least. $20 for MINI cupcakes and $10 for a slice of cheesecake. Wow!!!!

The Cafe itself was VERY dark. It was difficult to see anything at first, when walking in the door.

The service, taste and quality of the food were great but not at that price point.

We four went for sweets and coffees last week. Everything was excellent. Service was great. The decor is eclectic and interesting, Most seating is on stools at small tables. We highly recommend Confections for a coffee break!
