First time visiting, wasn’t staying at the hotel, but the menu looked so good and reasonable we stopped in. The food was outstanding, Presentation was spot on. Loved the Korean short ribs with Kimchi! The wild mushroom pasta was delicious and the salmon that was paired with the Cesar salad was tender and flavorful!

Nice cocktail lounge with a great vibe. The service was excellent. The cocktails were strong and flavorful. We really enjoyed the ambience. It's a nice quiet spot to enjoy a cocktail and have a chat. I would highly recommend this lounge. Great sophisticated vibe.

Came here for a quick drink while in the area and ordered an Old Fashioned. It was one of the smoothest Old Fashioned I have ever tried. Service was quick and kind. It wasn't super busy when during my visit (Sunday late afternoon). Interior was beautiful and had a jazzy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My husband’s 50th birthday was celebrated with a private curated whiskey tasting with a group of his friends at the Consort bar. From beginning to end, our coordinator, Helen Moon, ensured this experience was effortless, fun and very much customized to his tastes and preferences. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the whiskey selections and the delicious food pairings. They even made vegetarian and mocktail options for a guest. Compliments to the chef and the team at the Consort Bar for making this an event to remember! Highly recommend!

The place is cosy and calm (I would prefer it without the TV screens, but at least those were muted). The barwoman was nice. We had 2 cocktails and the parmesan fries. The Spiced Old Fashioned was good, but the Martini wasn't (it was one of the worst Martinis I ever tried). The fries recipe was good, with the parmesan and the truffle mayonnaise, but the fries themselves were very disappointing.

Bartender, unfortunately, does not know how to make a proper martini. Little disappointing going to a bar with this much credibility. Hoping they take the feedback, and in the future, they improve upon what their current drink stature is. You’re better off going somewhere else.

We loved the atmosphere; it was warm and inviting and perfect on a cold winters day. However, the negroni was served in a glass full of ice cubes, with a fat orange wedge. The drink was diluted a few sips in. And our extra dirty martini was garnished with flavourless olives and barely had any brine.

Ordered take-out and was disappointed on a few fronts.

Upon entering there was no worker present to take my order or direct me, so I proceeded to the bar. The bar redirected me back to the entrance, and minutes later I was redirected back to the bar. Amidst pick up in casual attire I was once again directed to go to the far corner of the bar (clearly looking out of place since they wouldn’t give my order at the entrance), and then told my order wasn’t ready. Oh, and then asked to step a few feet away while waiting… as if that made a difference? Perhaps it was because I wasn’t dressed formally or looked younger than other customers, but it was confusing to encounter a lack of customer service or respectful interaction during my visit.

On the topic of the food, the Mediterranean flatbread was mediocre at tops (weird choice of cheese…), and fries were soggy and somewhat undercooked. Not pleased with the food considering the elevated pricing.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend coming here with my experience, but perhaps dining in is a more enjoyable option.
