I was visiting the area and wanted to find a true day spa. This was it. It has a steam room, quiet lounge nice dressing area with a shower and a many massage rooms. I had a scrub which was a scented hot bath in a private room with a faux fireplace then massage. Excellent and a hidden gem. Keep up the great job!

Ruth and Diana welcomed us into a calming environment with matching instrumentals played throughout the spa, tea and water, and various rooms to ready us for relaxation massages. We were offered essential oil scents to assist us in a relaxing mindset. While we went in as pairs for massage, the others were able to take refuge in the quiet lounges, perpetuating the theme of calm ambiance and more tea. We all enjoyed the comfortable robes, body covers, and sandals provided while in the spa, in addition to lockers to store personal items and selfcare items and lotion available for guests in the changeroom. Both Ruth and Diana were very sweet individuals and provided very relaxing massages appreciated by our group. Thank you both!

This was my first experience at the Cowichan Bay Spa, and I loved it! The staff go above and beyond to give you the most relaxing experience. They make sure you are equipped with everything you need so that you can have a safe and enjoyable time. I had multiple services booked and was able to use the quiet lounge in between which really helped to maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere. I live in Victoria and find that this spa is worth the commute! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cowichan spa treatment was amazing. Got a free private steam sauna because we stayed at the resort next door. Salt soak and massage was fantastic. Very welcoming and very relaxing. Highly recommend.

I brought a friend there, paid for my friend. I brought my mom there, paid for my mom. They sent a gift card to my friend, and to my mom but not to me. That was hurtful. When I brought it up to them they were not helpful. They do not carry local products and they don't really seem to care about their customers. There was one really nice service provider there I think her name was Lenka, but the business itself is not customer orientated.

- I’ve read your reply to my review. How dare you try to promote Eminence as local. Eminence, whose head office is in Malta, who’s Hungary Farm is 40km from Chernobyl, and who’s products are likely made in China. Have you ever called that company and tried to find out where their products are made? Even they don’t know! Seaflora is not the only local skincare company, there are other choices, like OM. Every Spa carries Eminence and some of us don’t like it. Plastic in plastic.
No, I did not use my name in this review because we are on a small island where everybody knows everybody, and as you can tell, I’m no fool. Again, even here I have found your customer service so poor, I will never go to your business again. Go hang out in the Cow Bay Resort restaurant and learn what customer service is.

Lovely waiting room. Water, tea, snacks provided. Both my massages were really great. Got a coupon in the mail with a Christmas card which was really sweet. Covid protocol on point. Heated massage table was nice and cozy. Very professional. Will be back again.
