I truly recommend Cryo Red Light Therapy @ Cryo NL to anyone. I ve had nothing but great results since I statred this Therapy over year ago. I took a break due to my own personal reasons,but im back . I do suffered with scatiac issues. I have arthritis in my lower back, hips& pelvis .Degenerative discs. It all has interrupted my exercise routine of daily walking, causing me considerable pain daily.I ve already only 2 ,and I feel amazing again.RLT, It has helped me with my pain & inflammation immensely ,and also reduced a few inches as well ☺️. I feel so good after my sessions. Its relaxing reduces stress its fantastic!! .I look forward to continuing these sessions not only for my pain ,but for my well being. I strongly recommend Cryo NL to anyone,with health issues similar to mine . Emily Miller - Saunders is one phomoneal manger @ Cryo NL.Emily certainly makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.Shes beautiful inside and out. Quite knowledgeable with her background in nursing and health services. So dont hesitate any longer, I d recommend to give Emily a call and get in there for your consultation!! . Emily and Brooke are amazing! They create a very welcoming feeling, are considerate and very personable. You never feel out of place or like you are wasting their time, they explain details in depth and ensure they never push you into making a decision on services. Always feel great after leaving an appointment. Would highly recommend!

The girls at CryoNL are great! The red light has helped so much with my pain management. Looking forward to trying the facials and continuing the red light on the maintenance package 😊

I absolutely love this place. Atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Brooke works with me on the Contour Red Light and also the Cryo Facials…she is amazing. Her facials are a 10/10 for me all the way. I honestly look forward to my appointments there. 😊

I became a client of NL Cryo many years ago when it was solely pain management and they first introduced the compression boots. I was a believer then of the benefits. Many years later I am back to try the healing powers of infrared light! Working on overall health improvements. The space is lovely and staff are available to answer any questions.

The actual procedure was fine, felt good. The problem was pricing. I booked from their website and booked at the price listed. After the session completed I paid for service and it was $40 plus tax more expensive.
Spoke to the owner/ manager. He advised it was old pricing, the service changed and was now more expensive. Fine but please update website.
I asked for the cost difference back and was told no.
Just buyer beware I guess. Make sure you know the actual price before going. Should have paid the price I was provided at time of website booking.

Finally seeing results! After trying everything to lose weight and tone, I was at a lost. Then I found CryoNL. I Love the whole atmosphere at CryoNL. Mikayla, Jacob and Brooke are all knowledgeable, caring and have made my experience amazing. Can’t wait to continue seeing amazing changes with my body.
