This nail salon is the best salon in Brantford. I've been going here for a few years now, and they always do a great job. They're great at matching pictures with designs. They take their time to pick colours that are suited best for nails and skin tone.

I got my wedding nails done about a year ago, and I received a lot of compliments. They went above and beyond. They made sure I had some nail glue and gems if anything fell off. My nails lasted for the wedding and honeymoon.

If you go here, you won't be disappointed!

They do such a good job and they really take their time and make sure you love what they are doing. The also do soak off which I find most places don’t do anymore so I LOVED that. Recommend their skills for sure!!!!

A fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon is clean, modern, and relaxing. Tracy was thorough and made sure to pay attention to every detail. I left with perfect nails, I will definitely be back!

I've been pretty much going since they opened. I love the place. Everyone is so nice. I always leave happy with my nails. Lynn is great and goes above and beyond to do my nails and the designs I find no matter how outrageous they sometimesare. I've been to a few other salons but always return to Crystal Nail Spa!

This place is amazing! The interior was clean, had an elegant look (very nice chandeliers), and even pink butterfly chairs for the little ones that want to be like their parents.
I went here for preparation for prom with a car full of 4 high schoolers expecting top notch service, and it was just as amazing as we expected!
My boyfriend got his pedicure done, and it left his feet really smooth. He says he notices the colour change on his feet being lighter lol.
My friend did a very detailed prom nail with intricate lines and designs done. It was a bunch of wavy lines of different shades of red and some gold on a mauve pink base. The acrylics came out flawless.
While I got stars with an acrylic done by Lynn. She executed the reference photo perfectly with some changes to make the mail last longer (I trust her, she’s definitely a professional). The photo below are my nails!
There were only three workers so there was a bit of a wait for other customers coming in, but the wait was around 25 minutes and it was worth it. Definitely plan on going here again, and remember to book an appointment if you don’t want to wait.
