Amazing service at the Damara Day Spa Niagara Falls! The gentlemen working the front desk named Shubam was so kind and accommodating! I head Laurie for my Japanese head spa treat and it was fantastic so relaxing. They start off using a camera and showing you your hair follicles and scalp condition then tailor a treatment for you concerns then after the blissful hour long treatment that puts you in heaven they use the camera again to show the difference! First time there and most definitely won’t be my last can’t wait to try more treatments in the future! The lounge and change rooms are super nice as well and they have a large variety of products to purchase.

My experience with Taz was amazing.She was very friendly,professional,and definitely will ask for her service again.
My massage with Mike felt very relaxed and comfortable, he listened to my needs and he delivered. It was the first time a massage therapist actually thought of rolling up towels to easy the pressure and pain a woman goes through when face down.

I got the spa package that included a facial and a massage, and I had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Sarah. Her expertise and attentiveness made both treatments incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating.

The overall service was friendly and swift. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. They were professional and ensured everything ran smoothly without any unnecessary waiting.

I had an amazing pedicure from Taz! She was so kind and gave me an amazing pedicure. She was very professional and knew a lot about her services and the services that the spa provides. I had a tea and cookie in the lounge. It was very zen 🧘 I will definitely be going back for a recommend facial and maybe another pedicure as I loved it! I highly recommend his spa!

Facility was excellent with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The lounge has complimentary snacks and drinks. Very relaxing. However the actual massage was not worth the premium price tag. Insurance companies would not cover full amount. Good experience regardless within the casino premises. Thank you.

Therapist Mike has a unique style that makes the experience relaxing and not like some that hurts you by trying to loosen up the same area over and over using same technique. Mike knows his way around that.

The spa services with just male were perfect for relaxing.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Will go as often as I can.

This is the best spa in the area... best facilities... very nice suana, steam bath, showers, hot tub.. robes and slippers... towels.... very clean... nice assortment of teas and treats... staff are very friendly... good place to spend a few hours... treatments are pricey... but worth it... spa could provide samples as guests arrive.. this would increase chances of upselling... all in all... will be back. take care good job staff.
