DONT STAY IF YOU OWN A HONDA CRV IT WILL BE STOLEN!!!!! Came out from Nova Scotia to Montreal to purchase a new car. Keep in mind the car that was newly purchased was a 2023 Honda crv hybrid touring. The car left the dealership lot around 630pm, I attempted to drive back to Nova Scotia last night but the snow was unfortunately falling heavy and with all season tires it was a great risk to continue travelling. So I decided to book at night at this hotel. On arrival at 830pm, I was asked what cars were in the lot and informed the man at the desk that there’s a 2020 sienna and the 2023 Crv. Shortly after this he told me there’s a history of auto theft of this particular car (Honda crv) in this hotel so it’s best to park infront of the camera which I proceeded to do. After the payement was completed, my family and I went to our rooms. Everyone had fell asleep other than me and around 1130 only 3 hours since we arrived to the hotel and ONLY 5 hours since having the car in our possession, I look out the window the car was GONE. Not even gone too long ago, the snow tracks were fresh on the ground. It was so upsetting $60000 gone in the blink of an eye. If this hotel is so aware of the prevelance of CRVs being stolen why don’t they have physical security on site? I wouldn’t have stayed if conditions weren’t so dangerous last night, this was a last resort. NOTE: this isn’t the first one stolen, roughly 4-5 Honda crv stolen in the last 2 months and only 1 out of the many have ever been returned. To all, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

All the members of the hotel - Nathalie, Franceska, Josianne, Gabrielle helped us really well and comforted our stay. What you promised you delivered. Hotel room was spacious and equipped with all needs we asked for. I really liked the 2 door arrangement which allowed us to entry/exit quite conveniently. My only recommendation would be for the staff to try a little bit more in welcoming and communicating with guests. One little smile and a formal greetings could make it even better. Special mention to the cleaning lady who always spoke to us and greeted very sweetly. Unfortunately, I didnt ask her name because we met only on 2 ocassions. If you can include or add few more restaurants around the area or maybe develop 24 hr kitchen, it will help further to the guests as the hotel is on the highway. Overall, I really liked your stay and your staff members.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is located quick and easy off the highway . Breakfast is your typical continental which did us fine but the hotel is within walking distance of McDonalds and Tim’s if you need your eggs. Town has a great Cantine if you need lunch or dinner. Hotel is older and is showing its age but is clean and has everything you need for a night or two. Unfortunately the microwave was not in the best spot so had to put it on the floor to plug it in. Not a big deal, but may annoy some.

Our family had a wonderful time! The staff were great and the rooms were clean and comfy! The best beds and pillows ever! We will definitely stay here again! Any poor reviews are probably due to people expecting perfection. You can’t please everyone! We spend a lot of time In hotels and this one was great! The breakfast was good too!! My son had fun in the pool while we sat in the hot tub relaxing.
I honestly don’t have anything bad to Say.
It was all around a great place to stay!
Try it… you won’t regret it.

Stayed for one night, late arrival. Convienient right on the highway. Check in was fast and friendly, the girl had no problem speaking English with me as I can not speak French. Room was very dated, but everything seemed clean. Wall painting behind the bed and bronzed mirrors surrounded bathtub with gold faucets in the bedroom. Floor was vinyl and tile. King bed was confortable but pillows are small and lumpy. Furniture is old and tired. Knob to turn on the shower was almost falling off and it took a long time to get it to work and get some warm water. Very loud fan. Sheer curtains were uneven lenght and roughly hacked off. Our room was on the road side, loud traffic all night, so not much sleep. Ladybugs and flies all over the ceiling. Hotel needs a major renovation. Check out lady was also very friendly. Free breakfast is minimal. A lot cheaper than other hotels in the area, you get what you pay for. Was ok for stop over...

We’ve stayed here before and the rooms were clean and looked good. This time around the outside door to our room was all broken as if it had been kicked in, tiles in the bathroom ceiling were lifted up and out of place, dust and spills on the lower walls and baseboards, smoke smell and what looked like blood on the sheets. I paid $300 for the night for this!!! This place has really gone down hill while the prices have gone up.

Maintenance is not on anyone's list for this property apparently. Housekeeping is sketchy. The fridge freezer was so so full of ice you would not be able to put in even a thin Ziploc. A security guard sitting smoking by the front entrance door shows the apparent overall lack of concern with this management. Difficult to contact the reception desk by telephone. Definitely would avoid if at all possible.

It was run down. Room appeared clean, laminate floors. But peeling paint throughout, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom light also turned a VERY loud fan on. Skirting boards in the room were filthy. Funky smell in the room. I would not stay here again, it wasn't worth the savings $
