First time stopping at this hotel but already have booked ourselves in for our route home as it is a keeper. Yea, the rooms are a bit in the small side but they are very clean and well laid out with comfortable beds, good products in the bathroom and a wonderful hot breakfast included. From the front desk staff to those in the breakfast area, everyone is very friendly and eager to make your visit enjoyable.

This hotel seems recently renovated. It’s very clean and organized. staff are friendly. breakfast is good. The room is quiet, neat, and equipped with enough supplies. Thank you!

We have just travelled across Canada from Nova Scotia. Every night a hotel. We always tell hotels we travel with a dog. We don’t mind paying the dog fee. Stony Plain was no exception. Told the desk we had a dog and they gave us a room. Only when we were leaving and got our receipt did we notice there was a 200 dollars charge for “ sneaking a pet in “. We asked about this as how do you “sneaking in a pet that you walk past a desk every hour. I asked why they didn’t come up to our room and ask us about this. We could have cleared that up quickly instead they sneak in an unwarranted 200 dollars. We have used Wyndham along our journey and they can check out our reservations. They will see that we always say we travel with a small dog.

The room was quite small and the bed wasn't overly comfortable.
I was on nightshift and it is quite a loud busy location.
Air conditioner sounded like it was possessed and I was in a room that caught direct sunlight so it was extra hot and noisy.
No giftbag for diamond members was available on check in.
Wouldn't recommend if on nightshift.

other than a 40 minute long absence of hot water when i needed it the most, this place was absolutely terrific and we were so glad we booked here. rooms were definitely four to five star in quality. amazing il clean, functional bathrooms. i cannot believe this hotel and the one i stumbled upon in tennessee are both 3 stars run by the same establishment because the difference was that of heaven and hell.

Under the new management, the hotel is great. We hadn't stayed here since the hotel was taken over by "Days Inn" and the changes are wonderful.
We had a handicap room and it was totally upgraded and well maintained.
The hot breakfast was a nice surprise and our room $ rate was the best in town.
I do recommended this hotel.

Me and a friend stayed here for a night. It was truly such an amazing experience. The hotel is very clean, modern looking and clearly new renovated. Honestly.. wasn’t expecting days inn to be this good lol. ANDD Zia? Zeea? Not sure how exactly to spell her name but she is AWESOME she is so friendly and sweet.
Definitely coming back when I’m in the area.
