Après 9h de vol voici un hôtel bien situé et fort sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié . Les chambres pour 4 sont spacieuses. L accueil est efficace. Nous n avons pas testé la piscine mais elle a l air génial.

Staff were nice and efficient. Lots of parking space. Standard breakfast, but I liked that they have more fruit options. We were given room 113. It is a great room designed to be accessible for people with extra needs. Location wise, it may not be the best as it is right next to the exit door leading to the pool/hot tub. As you may expect, other guests go in and out of those doors and may not be quiet about it. You can hear everything, though it did quiet down after the pools were closed (around 10 pm). If you are an early sleeper and want peace and quiet, you may want to request for another room if you were given this room.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Good value for money. Our room was next to the door going to the pool so we could hear people walking by and doors opening/ closing. Quite loud and noisy. You could hear everything from the other side of the room.

Easy check in and online check out.
Give the Filipino front desk staff a raise. He went above and beyond to be helpful. Super friendly, too! I wish we’d listen to his suggestion of moving to a different room. The one we had on the first floor was noisy (children running around, people going in and out of the pool/ hot tub) and we could hear the TV from the other room.

He has a calm, approachable demeanor that makes you feel comfortable reaching out for help, and you can tell he takes pride in keeping the building in top shape.

He doesn’t just fix things temporarily; he ensures everything is working perfectly and follows up to make sure you’re satisfied. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and wants everyone to feel comfortable and cared for.
