Corey at the front desk was amazing when I checked in at nearly 2 am! He was friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. He greeted me later in the morning with information I asked about earlier. |Asya in the Spa was also friendly and a very good massage therapist. I'd recommend her anyday.|My room, the facilities are top notch. The food was good, service was excellent! |So why Average and not Excellent, because of two other people on the facility.|I made my massage appointment. I didn't check email so I missed a request for information that I could have easily handled from my laptop. I went and was berated by Chelsea who said she was the manager. She wanted me to do it then and I requested paper as it's difficult for me to fill out forms on the small phone screen. She said she didn't have paper. I had issues with it and finally she gave me paper which asked for the same info I already provided twice so i saw no need to add it a 3rd time and completed the rest of the form. So she left and got Sam, the General Manager who came in and was disrespectful immediately. I showed him my issue with the small screen and how it would not take my info.. The whole issue could have been a non issue if she had done that when I first walked in. Thirty minutes later, my massage started. |I had enough of Chelsea's berating me. I am celebrating 73 years on this earth and have no problem giving it back. She was not helpful, rude and nasty. Had I not travelling 16.5 hours to get to Vancouver and didn't have a sore body, I would have not continued and walked out of the spa. |The rest of the staff deserve Excellents. Chelsea and Sam deserve a poor rating.

Hotel was modern and nice . |Casino was fun .|Spa was great.||Expensive for a hotel in the suburbs . Room price 340+tax = $400 but we knew that going in.||Restaurant had untrained staff , forgot drinks , appetizers came after dinner ,desert order forgotten ect. You can order food to your room from the restaurant for a 15$ surcharge to bring it up the elevator .|| Had a quick dip in the hot tub, was luke-warm . The pool area is advertised to close at 10pm but management asked everyone to leave 9:45 . Lots of kids sports teams there, maybe employees were getting tired of them, so were a bit abrupt? . Elevator has signs about horseplay, and getting fined if you jump in it.||We went as a couple spa experience (with we enjoyed ) but maybe more suited for a kids sports team crash spot.

I don’t normally write reviews for hotels, but this has to be my boyfriend and I’s favourite hotel to stay at whenever we’re in town now. It’s very modern, quiet, and clean!! Staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I actually felt bad because we had so much questions or requests, but they never made us feel like we were troubling them. Unlike other Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at here in BC, the staff genuinely seem very approachable and nice, whereas other hotels just felt obligated to serve us. I would also like to say that parking is very spacious and FREE!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful! 😊

After a less-than-stellar reception in Victoria Inner Harbour, arriving at the Delta Hotel in Vancouver was a refreshing change. Shawn was the highlight of my welcome—his positive attitude and genuinely warm demeanor set the tone for an exceptional stay.

The room was beautiful, and the facility itself had an impressive design that added to the experience. But what truly stood out were the spa services! I get deep tissue massages fairly often, and I can honestly say that Jasmine and Anna provided some of the most skilled treatments I've ever had at a SPA. Their expertise was so remarkable that I was able to drive to my next stop in Banff—nine hours on the road—without back pain.

The only minor drawback is the location. While it’s great for those seeking a bit of seclusion (like I was!), it’s not the most convenient if you're looking for easy walking access to a wider variety of restaurants and shops. That said, the incredible service and overall experience more than made up for it!

This was a delightful hotel to stay at! The rooms are clean and comfortable and I got a good night's sleep because it was so quiet. The free and plentiful parking was a huge plus and customer service was excellent. ||The only downside is that there isn't much in the area as far as restaurants go and I hear the onsite ones aren't very good. My family went to the River House Marina for dinner which is a quick drive down the street and it was fabulous! ||This is a wonderful alternative to staying in Vancouver where parking is a premium and the parking spots are tight. Other than dealing with traffic, the proximity to Vancouver is fairly close. ||I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great customer service. Rooms are large, clean, quiet, and feel like new. Conveniently located near boarder crossing. There didn't seem to be much else located nearby, except for the casino it's connected to, but it worked well for me.

Rooms are gorgeous bed was comfortable med firm mattress and good pillows. Lighting was good in rooms big tvs and nice bathrooms and toiletries . Hotel had nice decor and casino was pretty cool too. It's a little of beaten path on 99 kinda far from stuff.

Beds in room were horrible, tinny little double beds that were suppose to be queens but were clearly not. They were also hard as rock, extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.||Food in buffet restaurant was highly overpriced and absolutely disgusting! Inedible garbage that should be reported to the health department! We made the mistake of going twice as we were in a hurry to get to our son’s soccer game and it was even worse the second time! There was only one lady working and we felt bad for her, she was new, had no clue how to run the cash register and they left her there alone to run everything. This place should be shut down!!|Would’ve had a better meal at Pet Smart!||Match Eatery restaurant was decent but loud music pub atmosphere in evening so not great for kids||Front desk staff were nice enough but have to spend their time running to the unmanned Starbucks kiosk to get coffee for people.||Will never ever stay in this place again, wouldn’t recommend to our worse enemy!||Low budget dump, if the rating could go to zero that would be our choice
