A really nice park for a stroll all year round. There are a duck pond and a man made waterfall. If you go up the little hill there, you can see the waterfall is from a little pond.
It's quiet in autumn. A good family gathering place and water park for kids in summer.
When we come back again and again for a walk, this time we see many ducks including the American wigeon. Happy to see so many ducks there.
The pond is frozen in January 2024. But it is really interesting seeing the ducks in the frozen pond, can't stay too long there since it is so cold.

Beautiful park during the year, all seasons: spring, summer, fall or winter everyone can enjoy each beauty of it. It's also a great place for small trail with kids or youth can practice some biking there. In winter during snow days, it is a must-go place for all local kids to do snow sliding. There also have BBQ and great place for picnic, playing sports on the big field. Very well-maintained park with clean washrooms. They also have the Waterpark during summer time with cover area. Most of big local events such as Canada Day, Festival of Lights are held in this park. Definitely a wonderful place worth your trips when you visit Tsawwassen - or frequent place for all locals with all ages can come and enjoy nature, gatherings.

A very calm and nice little park with a small pond and artificial waterfall. Great place for small family picnics and birthday parties for kids. It has water sprinklers and a nice playground for kids. Also the pond has tons of Carp fish in it which makes it an amazing experience for little kids but no fishing in the pond.

This is a great park as it has a little bit of everything. A water park, a play area, music and sounds play area, water works you can pump water to create a stream. Flush toilet restrooms and great for hosting picnics as its a wide open space.
The Waterpark area has a nice rubber mat type type ground so it cushier for kids to play on. Theres a push button to get the water running so water isnt wasted and fun for the kids to press to activate the water. Theres a few benches set up around the water park area which makes it easier to watch the kids without getting wet! There a some shady areas as well as open areas in this park.

Nice park to take the kids. It has 2 sets of jungle gyms, a water park, a musical park, trails and a very populated duck pond. Some of the picnic tables also have a BBQ set.
