I’m not a metrosexual by any means, but I need help occasionally with my toe nails 🙄 I’ve had painful ingrown nails before and they’re not pleasant. My first time at Diva and very impressed. Very clean & professional. The ambiance is not polluted with loud music or talk. There’s a big perk in using the massage chair during the pedicure service. I’ve had this service in a few places in Toronto & New York City and Vivian’s service was the best! Like clinical expertise but with spa effect. Despite dealing with my ugly, gnarly nails, it was absolutely painlessly gentle (at other places, it can be very painful sometimes) but completely effective. The foot and calf massage was enthusiastically & strongly applied. I feel lucky to find this place and will return regularly!

I called them as they responded to the post and they were able to schedule me in today and the nail tech anne or Annie (I believe) was so nice and kind and she did my nails again and it is so nice and beautiful! I appreciate they did fix it for me but it still doesn’t take away from the emotional distress I went through yesterday in person with them.

I I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon for over 3 years, but my recent experience was so unprofessional and upsetting that I will never return.

A couple of days ago, I went in for ombré nails. I specifically explained what I wanted and even showed the nail tech a picture for reference. I understand there may have been a language barrier, but even with the photo, she still did not do what I asked for. Instead, she used two different nail colours to make the base extremely dark, which was completely different from what I had requested. The first picture is my nails and the second picture is what I had asked for!

I called them within a day and went back to have it corrected, fully expecting they would fix their mistake. Instead, the tech told me I would have to pay $20 to change the color. I explained this was not me changing my mind, it was a service they did not deliver correctly the first time.

The owner got involved, and we ended up in a heated back-and-forth where she kept insisting and yelling that unless I paid, they would not fix my nails. I was shocked that after years of being a loyal client, they wouldn’t even acknowledge their mistake or make it right.

What made it worse was that the nail tech had already removed my original colour, and then they told me they would only repaint them exactly as before, the same colour I was unhappy with in the first place! It felt incredibly petty and unprofessional, as though they were trying to prove a point rather than provide good customer service.

This was never about the $20—it was about principle. I paid for ombré nails and did not receive them. Rather than apologizing and correcting their work, they argued with me, wasted my time, and I left with the exact nails I came in to have fixed.

I left feeling angry, upset, and completely disrespected as a customer. Businesses should value loyal clients and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this salon did neither. Never going back!!

I've been going to Diva Nails for years now, they have the best prices, best staff and super clean! I have always gone to Danny for my nails, he never disappoints but you can't go wrong with any of the staff! Highly recommend this nail salon!

I got my nails done at Diva Nails for my birthday after a long time, and I couldn’t be happier! The service was amazing—friendly, professional, and efficient. The prices were also very reasonable. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails since, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my biogel nails and shellac pedicure, esp pedicure. However, 1 of my nails broke in less than 5 days. They fixed it and very next day 1 more nail broke. Not happy with the result. Nail extensions started breaking in 5-6 days.

Update: how would you fix it? So far 3 are damaged. In 10 days.

Anna has to be most gentle kind nail rep i met. Shes neat percise with no pain during drilling for acrylic nails. Exceptional work.her hubby pleasant too .best experience made me relaxed comfortable.
However when i called told me fill 40$ it ended up being $1 for files which i had and $5 for french and tip. $10 more but worth having a great employee serve me. I had pedicure before i had polish off nails clipped and filed all i wanted was to apply polish . I even brought my own .charge was $20 bit hefty price for just applying polish however owner makes prices.i usually pay $10. All be back after my vacation thx anna. From helen

31 years old man & I can say that a pedicure changed my life. I play sports a lot & walk everywhere... after going to Diva Nails & Spa INC, I feel 5 pounds lighter!

I had a pedicure done from Mary. And hands down she was the best! She took her time giving a super nice massage and did a very clean job with shellac french tip.
Will definitely be going back to Mary.
