Small local place an alternative to tim Hortons still a good cup of a coffee

I just spent 15 minutes standing in front of the sandwich counter and I think they were making out down in the corner cause there was some moaning going on and then the non canadian guy finally noticed me when I walked out of the store and I bought a packs food factory sub at the needs store very poor workers there management cant be much better for hiring them

Breakfast sandwiches were made with old, dried out eggs and sausage. Staff seemed very annoyed that I ordered 2 breakfast combos i stead of just drinks. The coffee was great tho.

Very obviously not 24 hours. Why post online that you’re always 24 hours when they close whenever they feel like it? I drive by often at night it’s never open past 9pm. The Tim’s in town is the same. Same small town bs.

Coffee shop of choice. Friendly staff. Coffees always fresh unlike at their local competitors. Sandwiches are great, oat cakes are amazing! Biggest issue with them is they aren't 24 hours or at least open until midnight! 10pm is toooo early 😭

Well this place was good for a short time but now its quickly failing. Alot of people complaining about standing at the counter waiting to get waited on for quite some time. Staff are either in the back or paying all attention to the drive thru window or cellphones which I have seen many times. Also handling food items, cellphones , and money without any thought about gloves or washing hands . Come on now it's pretty simple and should be common sense. Another thing is if you ask for decaf and they say oh we don't have any right now. Well the proper thing would be I can make a fresh pot for you it will just be a couple minutes is that ok. That's what you are supposed to do well unless they don't have any decaf at all to make then you just let the customer know that you have run out and most would understand. If the manager or owner could address a few things that would be great. I try to support local so I do continue to purchase coffee / tea and other items but it is indeed getting frustrating.
