This is our second time stay here, We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Eagle Bluff Bed and Breakfast! From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The property itself is cozy, warm and offers such a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a getaway.

A special shoutout to the new manager, Susmitha, whose customer service was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, from helpful local recommendations to her friendly and attentive care. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and turned our visit into something really memorable.

I can’t recommend Eagle Bluff Bed and Breakfast enough — if you’re looking for comfort, charm, and exceptional service, this is the place to be!

I've been coming here regularly for years for work, when it's been under the management of Mary & Brian, then Blue, and now Susmitha. It's a charming home away from home. I've seen people say breakfast sharing with strangers is awkward, but I enjoy meeting new people at breakfast - this is part of the charm of a B&B - and I've met some very interesting people over the years. I've been to a few B&B's and quite often it means sharing some common area, be it a dining experience or a common library/living room. Anonymity is more of a hotel experience. Every room has its individual charm and the staff have always been wonderful. I recommend it to anyone who asks & I will stay here for as long as I continue to visit Prince Rupert.

This was my second time staying at the Eagle Bluff bnb this year. The new manager Susmitha is absolutely horrible to deal with. I have been going to this bnb through two different owners and 3 different managers and this is the first time I have written a bad review about the place. The first trip in July, we stayed for 9 nights. My group rented 3 rooms and at no time was our rooms cleaned, towels changed, bedding changed or garbage emptied. We didn't complain as the manager said she had only been there for 4 months. All was fine until we had to check out. Susmitha was told the night before that we would need two separate receipts and she stated it was not going to be a problem. On the morning of our departure there was a new girl that did not understand the computer system. She woke up Susmitha who came out of her room like a bear. She was agitated and called me difficult. I was taken a back by this comment. I contacted the owner, Debbie, and received a disheartened response. We returned in August and had a very unpleasant stay. We ended our 9 nights booking early after 3 nights as Susmitha was going out of her way to get under my skin. It's unfortunate that the owners who are selling, have put their trust in such a despicable person. This used to be my favorite place to stay, but after this experience I will only return after they get rid of this manager.

I had an amazing 4 night stay while visiting family. The view from the the Lighthouse room was incredible!!! I loved the way the owners have decorated and, although the sun didn’t come out until the last evening, the warmth of the staff made it a very memorable stay. When I return, I will make a point of staying here again. Breakfasts were so good! Thank you!

I used to love it here. The view is amazing, the bed was good, breakfast is pretty good, but minimal. If you are coming here to fish and need to leave early, it won't work, breakfast is at 7am and boats leave at 6. The new management are very rigid and do not accommodate. We were suppose to stay over a week and ended our stay after 3 days because of the disrespectful behavior of the manager. I won't be staying here again as they do not believe in customer service and like to argue about it, they do the bare minimum and the room is quite expensive.

Eagle Bluff bed and breakfast is a beautiful looking local house that is located next to the bay with beautiful views of the bay area and is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There is also plenty of tourist activities and tours available from the tourist information centre a few doors up.
