Where to start? This place is amazing! You can tell when somebody takes pride in their property. They have everything here. Games, pool table, foozeball, darts, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, canoes, BBQ...the layout of the land is well thought out, and it's just beautiful. My husband and I came for our first wedding anniversary, and we will be back, and will send our friends and family here to enjoy it for their special events too. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, quick to respond to questions, and made us feel at home. Thanks for having us Mary & Josh

We had such an amazing stay here, had the whole place to ourselves when we went so the value for money was brilliant. The grounds are just perfect we really enjoyed the hot tob and a barbeque and marshmallows by the campfire. Everything is as described, but even better 🙂

We stayed 4 nights at Mary and Josh's in the Beach Room and had a wonderful time.
The hosts stay in a separate house, so we had the entire B&B house for ourselves, which was kind of fun 🙂
We booked the breakfast for every morning and were not disappointed - from the hearty farmers breakfast and the eggs benny to waffles and yogurt with granola, everything was freshly made and delicious!
The property is beautiful and very well maintained and has some added bonuses such as hammocks, kanus, kajaks, a campfire, a hot tub and even a sauna! The rooms and bathrooms are perfectly clean, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
The hosts are very friendly and it was nice to spend time with them. We also spent the evening barbecuing some steaks together, which was a lot of fun! Since Mary and Josh are avid hikers, we were able to get some great tips from them for short day-trips, which we really enjoyed. Also, the dogs are unbelievably friendly and cute (Sitka is probably my favorite, his face is so squishy!)

If we ever get the chance to come back to Sicamous, we will most definitely stay there again!

In short: if you are in the area and are looking for a place to stay: look no further, you've found it.

Our family reunion at Eagle River B&B was better than all our expectations. The property was beautiful & there were many activities to keep all 15 of us busy. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. We'll certainly come again

Amazing location, next to a slow flowing river. Great for swimming and lounging. Close to tons of golf courses yet just far away enough from the surrounding cities so it's peaceful. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating even for our Motley Crew. Will definitely be back! High fives for Mary!

This is a lovely property. It is very clean. The property itself is magical. There are nooks and crannies and woods to explore. There is entrance to the river and they even provide a kayak should you want to use it. Mary and Josh are exceptional hosts, very responsive and pleasant to visit with. Don’t hesitate to book this if you are in the area.

I found this place using google maps because of the location, the right distance between the Rockies and the Okanagans. The owners have been here only a couple of years and have been doing a tremendous amount of work to make the garden beautiful and inviting. It's right on the Eagle River. We walked around the property but did not have time to go on a canoe or kayak ride down the river, which would have been lots of fun.

Our room was large and comfortable with great natural lighting. We were the only guests so it was quiet and peaceful. The common rooms downstairs included a large fully supplied kitchen with several tables, and a nice living room. There were lovely bay windows looking out over the garden. We also had good wifi connections.

Breakfast was optional, and we opted in, which was definitely a good choice. We had omelets filled with fresh vegetables from their garden, homemade breads, and fruit.

The place is out of the way, I'm glad we had google maps to give us directions, it's about 15 minutes to the nearby town.

Location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Property is wonderful and hosts are warm and welcoming. They do not stay in the same property but in another home on the property. The bedroom was lovely. Breakfast is another charge which being a B & B I found different, however, if you are on the go and not wanting it, it is nice not to be charged for it if you do not want a big breakfast. Kitchen had everything you need to cook for yourself. Beautiful outdoor space, games, bbq, dining area. Canoes and kayaks available as it is riverfront, however for a fee. Nice big firepit however we did not use it but would have if we had more time. They are new to this B & B and I am sure they are going to be very successful with this amazing property. Would not hesitate to stay again.
