I hope CDRCP is aware how lucky they are to have an employee like Laura there. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and Laura is one of the best I've ever seen. I've been bringing my baby to her baby programs since he was 4 months old and I continue to come back for her. She is absolutely amazing with a kind, caring heart and the singing voice of an angel. Laura, thanks for all that you do!!

I too love Laura! She’s so passionate about what she does, she’s kind, funny and her voice is quite soothing. She makes you want to sing too!
We need more people like Laura around. She even remembered my daughter and I after months of not attending. Thank you so much Laura for being such an amazing human!

Thank you so much Marissa and Angela! I came in today with my autistic son. They were both so kind and caring with him. Right away Marissa was quick to show me all of the resources within early on and went online looking for more resources for not only my son, but me as well as his advocate. In a world where we often go places where my child is misunderstood, misjudged and not given chances, I want you both to know that today you made us feel so welcome, accepted and safe. My typical son loves coming here too & we will definitely be back. You guys made our day!

DISCLAIMER: Early ON has been a STAPLE in my family for over 6 years. I've had nothing but positive experiences, until recently. If it weren't for my recent experiences, I would give Early ON 10/5 star ratings. I hate leaving this review but I hope and trust it will bring positive change. Also, THANK YOU to the staff who do pour wonderfully into the families. Your presences mean more than any words can express.

To start, the Early ON environment & experience in general, has shifted over the past few months. I can't quite put my finger on it, the the aura, organization & the flow of things aren't the same as they were over the past 6 years of me attending.

In regards to more particular recent events, I've had and noticed negative interactions with particular new staff.

Often times she is extremely laxed & non-interactive. Most of the time I am there she is sitting down seemingly relaxed and disengaged, opposed to being interactive, productive, attentive throughout the center.

Last week, another parent and I requested for the paint to be refilled and she immediately responded with a facial expression insinuating "the art room is already so messy, and you want MORE paint?!". Instead of being eager to provide more paint to the toddlers, she literally hesitated and raised her eyebrows. The other parent and I were both taken aback and both felt extremely uncomfortable. Early ON has always been a warm and welcoming place where the children's needs to explore and participate are encouraged & nurtured. I've never once had a staff respond with this kind of energy before and it made me quite upset. We're not supposed to ask for extra paint?

Later on that same day, I observed the same staff in a passively rude way, say to toddlers and parents "It's circle time and if this mess isn't cleaned up im not singing any songs!" She then repeated, "yep, if its not tidy, no circle!" While she sat back on the chair with her feet propped up looking nice and cozy. I was flabbergasted. That's a very inappropriate and unacceptable way to encourage clean up and announce circle time. These things shock me so much because Early ON has had an extremely warm, loving and kind reputation. So yes, it all was mind blowing to me.

The circle time she hosted that day, was terrible. It was completely obvious that there was no prep for the songs, activities etc. She basically just "winged it" and I'm not the only parent who noticed. Not only on that day, but many times she hosts circle. There is a lack of organization and enthusiasm. Rushing through the parachute songs and then saying "let's put this away, my arms are tired." It's just very unprofessional.

On that same day, I observed, again, her being very rude to a 2 year old. He was crying for extra stickers on his way out. It was obvious that she was annoyed. The facial expression and body language was clear as day. After a minute or so she very rudely told the toddler "you're not getting anymore stickers. You need to learn." From there it was just clear to me this is not someone I want to be around or leave my children around when visiting.

I could list a couple more examples but what I've mentioned is more than enough.

I will be following up this review with a call and email to CDRCP Board of Directors and Senior Management Team because there are a couple other matters that I'd like to bring awareness on but I would prefer to speak directly with those higher up and able to bring real immediate change.

Early ON has been a second home and safe haven for my family for over 6 years. The love and energy and consistency the staff have been in to create a firm and positive foundation, has been unwavering. But as of recently things have been going downhill and it's really a shame. Hopefully things will take a turn for the better before it's too late.

I hope this feedback helps.

I usally go to this center and Mokshita has been a wonderful teacher. My son Yuvraj absolutely loves her circle time—it's always the highlight of his day! Her warmth, energy, and ability to engage the kids make a big difference. We're so grateful for her." Thank you

I went to this place with a mentality of non-discrimination and diversity. But I was totally wrong. I went in this location with my three kids since it was PA day a very busy and rush of kids and parents. My 3 years kid grab a toy from a girl. I was trying to teach my son not to grab but suddenly a mother jumped in without giving a chance that I could says anything and start fighting with my kid . and with a very rude behavior take the toy from my 3 years back. Imagine a mature woman is grabbing toys from 3 years. When I went and complained about the situation for the front desk. The lady in there did nothing. But slowly I realized that people are making groupings and teams against me and my 3 kids and just for no reason attacking me and my kids just because I was with Hejab and I made a complaint. And bring the front desk staff on me and my kids. My kids are crying because everyone was attacking us because of being Muslim with Hejab. They are still crying. How could people do such things with kids. They emotionally damaged my kids. Even one little boy beat my daughter but I did not said a word to them because I can understand he was a kid, but nobody was observing on that time. Lady with lots of makeup of teaching me how to deal and what do for with kids. Who the hell is she to teach me. They have to teach themselves how to behave with children without thinking of their religion. It was a really disappointed situation.

Today what I saw in the early on I have never seen this before .
The lady who comment about today incident I was the witness it was so shameful that 4 ladies giving a lecture to one lady and one parent said very harsed words to her son he was just playing with tha girl who is 7 years old and took a toy from her and she was fine because they were just playing but her mother just jumped in and start insulting that boy and her mother and saying a lot of stuff in a loud voice, and he was crying a lot even he saw his mother crying too… after that her daughter keep playing the same game and her mother told her to not be nice with that boy …my question is that if her daughter have a same situation in school is she bi with her to tell her not to talk to there classmates?my suggestion to her is to please stay home if you and your daughter is so sensitive and not able to play with others.sometime we should let our kids to play there on ,they were just playing a game they were not hitting each other or not saying anything bad,so what’s the problem that u just scared everyone there specially kids and your own daughter.that’s too bad we took our kids there for learning purpose .but if other parents are keep using hard words to kids and tell them manners and giving them lectures then how kids can play to other kids like a kid. If there kids do something bad to other kids than they says it’s ok but if some other kid do exactly the same to there kids then they start insulting to parents .i feel so unsafe in early today for the very first time .i will never go back 🙁
