Mid November we had a non rainy day and went to paint the changing season at the gardens. Such a lovely place to visit and spend time with friends painting!

A bit wild with a huge number of plants. Some mature trees.
Lovely spot for a picnic in amongst the gardens. Truly a haven in the rapidly expanding Southlands development. Which is IMO being done with great respect for the land and surrounding community. I grew up in the " Bay " and have been a visitor for the last 40 years.

Great staff. Volunteers. Very knowledgeable. Creating effective programs that get the community involved. They have a wide selection of starter plants that support all the pollinators.

Its great to be able to drive in to Earthwise and Park. Southlands is Opening up. Great Restaurant for Coffee and Sandwiches...love it
