The Eau Claire Experience Tour is fantastic! We'd been to the Distillery before, but it has expanded a great deal in recent years, and the tour truly exceeded our expectations. Jennifer is a superb, knowledgeable tour guide, the sampling was exceptional and....no spoilers, just book a tour for the rest of the surprises!
Capped our morning off with a visit to the well stocked gift shop, followed by the most amazing smash burger lunch we've ever had. Service was incredible too. Overall a wonderful way to spend a Saturday!

The Eau Claire Distillery was such an incredible place to have our wedding!
Jen and Mallory went above and beyond to make our wedding go off without a hitch.
Jen managed the entire event: set up, schedule, flow, bartending, electronics and take down.
I cannot recommend the staff enough, everyone was professional and friendly.
We were lucky to have London create personalized cocktails for our wedding. He made it very difficult to choose a cocktail, as all of them were delicious.
The venue is incredibly unique and offers so many different elements. From the private speakeasy, to the beautiful covered patio, the distillery and the whisky room. These all made for amazing photo opportunities.
I cannot recommend this venue enough. I’m still dreaming of our magical wedding here!

Family of mine live in Turner Valley & they alway rant & rave about this distillery. Since we were visiting, and they only live 1 block away, I decided to walk over. The Christmas Gin is what made me check out Eau Claire & right off the hop I was impressed. Everything about it is appealing to the eye. I would like to return in the spring/summer, when seating outside would be possible but there were happy patrons seated inside. I picked up too many & was sent back the next day to grab more for friends & family who heard about my experience. We dealt with a very lovely lady who gave us a tasting & although I didn’t get a big bottle, I did enjoy it! Definitely a HUGE selection from bottles to merch. I really loved their story & how they go about making their liquors as well as reading about all their copious awards!!!

Had an amazing time at the Eau Claire Father's Day workshop. London Richard shared his wealth of knowledge as celebrated mixologist, giving us an overview, demo and individual coaching as we went created a variety of drinks based on his recipes. This was a great afternoon out. Eau Claire and the staff were exceedingly generous with ingredients and what we took home. The charcuterie from VDG Salumi was also top-notch. We plan to come back for future workshops and bring some more friends!

What a terrific surprise...excellent interesting vibe....completely unexpected find, so happy to have enjoyed food and beverages here.
Staff were tremendously helpful, friendly.
The Ceaser "flight" was fantastic.. Nachos the best ever and the Chacuterie Board was a hit. We will definitely come again.

It was my first time in Eau Claire Distillery and the flight of gin cocktails I tried are the first reason I am going back for more. The second reason is Jennifer, the amazing human who greeted us with a smile and so much warmth. Not only that, but she was extremely knowledgeable about the distillery itself, the drinks, recommended the best snacks (cauliflower bites), and got me excited about the future of this beautiful, artful distillery.

Participated in the Prohibition tour on June 8, 2024. Awesome guide Kiera, walked us through the art of making the Gin, Vodka, and, Whiskey distilled using All Alberta ingredients. They also make their own Tonic Water. Awesome experience!!!!!
