Ive been going to Krista for hair services for many years, she’s amazing. Knowledgeable with what products to use and always provides tips and answers for questions of styling at home. During my appointments I notice she gives guidance to her colleagues when they approach her. She really knows her stuff!!!
I was going to attend multiple events during a wedding week and went to Krista for makeup and hair styling services. I was stress free! She worked with me to match the make up look to each outfit. Make up was stunning, main focus was eyes, I had soo many compliments for each look!
She did a wonderful job with my styling my hair, I requested updo, half up/down, and glam waves. I was especially pleased with the updo, I danced all night, left the event at 1am, and it still remained secure and perfect.
I recommend going to Krista for hair and make up services!

Kayla did an AMAZING job doing my nails! She did the cutest Valentine’s Day nail art for me - couldn’t be happier! My old nail technician moved back to Italy so I was on the lookout for someone new - and I definitely lucked out finding Kayla!!! I HIGHLY recommend her 🩷

I booked an appointment for bridal hair for Saturday Aug 17th, consultation on Friday for my sister in law. We had a small wedding on Saturday.
I was told Krista is the best at bridal hair in that salon. My sister in law went to consultation with pictures of the style she wanted , elegant updo and nothing crazy. Krista told her she can’t do that style ,but she can do another style (showed her the picture) for $90.00

Later on Friday evening I called the salon and talked to manager Jamie. I politely asked if there is anyone else available who can do that style and she said no . I told her I’ll call around and if I can find another stylist (which is highly unlikely due to it being very last minute) I’ll call back to cancel the appointment, if you don’t hear from me we are coming tomorrow.

Saturday morning ( day of the event) Krista called me saying it seems like you’re not happy with the style I can do and didn’t call us last night so I canceled the appointment.
I told her it was not about her or her skills, it’s my sister in laws special day and I wanted her to have the style she likes. Also I told Jamie if I don’t call back to cancel the appointment that means we are keeping it.

Krista was upset that we didn’t want the style she could do. She kept cutting me off and said well you were not happy with me ,so it’s best that someone else would do it. I paused to collect my thoughts and Krista hang up on me while I asked what time is the new appointment.
I had to call back and talk to someone else. They told me they can fit us in at 12 instead of 2pm with another stylist only , we couldn’t take that appointment because my sister in law was getting her make up done. She ended up curling her hair at home.

Krista , if you can’t do an updo it’s fine. Own up to it and put your ego aside and don’t be super rude to people. How dare you talk so rude and hang up on a client!!?
I don’t understand how they’re in business! Would never step my foot in that salon again.

Here is a picture of the updo so you all see it wasn’t anything unreasonable. Salon owner / manager ! You have some training to do and please don’t comeback saying you don’t have any record of this happening. I have everyone’s name that I dealt with.
