I can't thank Julian and his team enough. They made a long time dream of mine come true. I absolutely love my Eco Spa. I use it twice daily and enjoy the ease of maintenance. We purchased the E2 model and my husband and I had no problem moving it from our driveway to our backyard (super light) on our own. We had it in place and filled within 1.5 hours and enjoyed our first soak the next morning. We haven't noticed any change with our hydro bill and have had no problems so far. This team truly cares about their clients. They follow up and respond so quickly to answer any questions you may have. I strongly suggest an Eco spa to anyone who is considering buying a hot tub, you will not be disappointed!!

Excellent product - excellent team. We could not be happier with this hot tub. Have had absolutely no issues since we took the plunge in 2022. This was our first hot tub and the care and maintenance is so easy. Highly recommend this product and this team!

I can't say enough about how incredible my EcoSpa is! I simply plug it into a wall, and it runs effortlessly. I do less than an hour of maintenance a year and barely use any chemicals—just a tablespoon of chlorine maybe once a month. It’s the easiest, most low-maintenance hot tub I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend!

We bought our spa 2 years ago at the Nanaimo Home Show. We were hesitant at first due to the cost, however this is likely the last spa we will ever own and is well worth the price. The maintenance is a breeze and uses very little in the way of chemicals. The electrical cost is very inexpensive and we have it wired for 220. We have had various spas for 40 years and know the ongoing cost of replacing covers, heaters, motors, etc. This spa will save us money over time and it is by far the best spa we have ever had. Julian and his team are most helpful and are a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them and their products.

We’ve enjoyed our spa for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with its overall performance and we love the tub. We ran into a little difficulty with a section of the pressurized system and Julian was here in a heartbeat to rectify the issue. He and Elliot have been a great team for us.
