Very neat and tidy stay. Kind of average room. We stayed on our visit from edmonton to waterton. We met noor at reception - excellent service. All 5 star for the service by her. We arrived for breakfast on last minute she helped us grab bf made a waffle for us tq mrs noor for making our stay comfortable.

Really oldest place ever stay, bathtub completely needs to replace(oldes black out,wall calking black out), bed blankets look been there forever never been replace(very classic,if you agree).very small room, not sure why our company takes it as prefer hotel. Never be back..B/F not even egg, bacons, just a few bread,,,

It’s a no frills motel, you get what you expect. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and clean. I would come back, it was a pleasant experience.

Great experience. Room was clean and price per night affordable. Staff is friendly a d accommodating.
I loved the breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty. I would recomend this place to stay.
Towels were super clean and white.ooked brand new.

the check in desk forgot my drivers license in the copier machine and didn't tell me until the next day, management telling me someone tried to call me about it the day before they let me know, I had gotten no call. This was during Street Machine Weekend, a weekend of driving and highly increased police presence. I saw another license on the counter when I claimed mine. After being told someone had tried to call me when they didn't, he admitted someone had just then gone to my room (do not disturb on my door and they knocked anyway), which was the next day. The manager (I think) was very dismissive and interrupted me. I've been coming here for over a decade for this occasion and this prompted me to consider staying elsewhere, finally. Thanks. Their rooms are grungy, the AC barely works and has a sign on it saying not to leave it on when youre gone from the room (can't keep the room comfortable in 34 degree weather apparently) and to keep it between like 61 and 100 degrees because it ices up. Maybe because the machine was made in 1988. It didn't cool the room below 24 degrees. They gave me one roll of toilet paper and there's a sign on the mirror saying housekeeping must be requested unless you like your room being cleaned only every third day.

My husband got a contract job in lethbridge for 3 months & possibly going to 4mos but not for sure...so we talked to the filipina in front desk & try to negotiate if we can get a good price since we are going to stay for 3mos or maybe 4mos,on that day we got a call from that girl telling us the price & it was a good deal,so we take it & moved there the next day!the room is okay just dont compare to fancy hotel🙂 we want the kitchenette that's why we choose econo. So to make the story short we stayed for 5weeks and sadly we receive a notice saying that we have to vacate the suite because they are fully booked on aug 9 to11th & we felt bad about that....how come that you give us a deal & then later on you will kick us out of our room for 3days & tell us to come back after that date and the price went up, like what the heck are u thingking...what frustrate my husband is that they blame us for it happening,telling us that we tell them that we are not sure for staying there for 3mos🙄 (they never apologize for what they did to us)they dont want to be accountable for their mistake.

And instead for them to say sorry atleast their guest felt a little bit better what they did was telling us to find a new place.
As filipino I am so disappointed to u my fellow kbabayan,you have an attitude🙄

We find a place & moved out,it's hard to deal with this kind of people.

WE ARE NOT INFORMED THAT THE RATE GIVEN IS JUST FOR JULY AS PER REPLY OF ECONO & WE ARE NOT INFORMED THAT THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED FOR AUGUST BECAUSE IF WE KNEW IN THE 1ST PLACE WE LOOK FOR A PLACE AHEAD OF TIME🙄

I was just contacted by the office this afternoon that I can not leave my cat alone in the room at any time! I have stayed at many motels and I have NEVER been asked to take Joey with me when I go out for a few hours. This all started when a minster Chuck Swindoll had made my life public in Abbotsford BC Canada. I cannot believe the amount of times I have been harassed by people who must be this minister’s fans or believers in his work. This is unacceptable and very shameful. Jesus Christ would never treat anyone like this. I submit to God and not to a person. Place your confidence in God and NOT man!!
This is the only motel or hotel that has required that a pet is not left alone in the room. I have been asked to put the pet in the bathroom while the staff cleans the room, but never for the reason that the Econo Lodge required of their guests. It is not a coincidence that this happened to me. If the owner would like to discuss it I would be happy to do so.
