We are so thankful for Nick Allard for an amazing cellar experience with beautiful wines in an intimate room inside Eden! We had some incredible tastings with a beautiful Aged Champagne, smoky white wine, a beautiful Canadian red wine from Okanagan Blue Mountain, and a delicious Bordeaux region red wine to finish. We had some amazing canapés from the chef that paired so well with the wines delivered by the chef himself in the cellar!

Having never experienced a fine dining of this calibre, i would advise anyone who’s never eaten this to try once in their life.

Eden is the most amazing dining experience ever!! My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here and were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. The service is beyond 5 stars from each person we interacted with.
The food was on another level. We both went with the 7 course menu and it was better than we imagined. Each dish has so much flavor in every bite, it was unreal.
I highly recommend dining at Eden if you're in Banff, do not miss out on a one of a kind experience.

We visited Eden for our one-year anniversary and the bottom line is that it was the hit of our time in Banff. We stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs and visited 1883 Chop House, Grizzly House, and Sky Bistro during our stay. Sommelier Robert and Waiter Matt were both equally impressive and charismatic. My wine glass was never empty and we exchanged stories about trips and wines with Robert and his personality and excitement were hugely infectious. Matt ran off and fetched us a coffee table book with pictures and history of the Rimrock Resort after we expressed interest. His descriptions of each dish on the seven course (although I counted a few more than that!) tasting menu were sophisticated and yet he was entirely approachable and engaging in conversation. The food was nothing short of fantastic. The sauce that came with the Icelandic sole was luxurious and Matt insisted we take another basket of bread to enjoy it with—absolutely the right maneuver. The Camembert pre-dessert was rich and interestingly sweet and savory. The Tokaji Aszú dessert wine pairing was phenomenal—we ordered more. We were presented an additional “take home” course and received a complementary ride down the mountain to the Fairmont on conclusion. Words can’t do the experience justice—we had an incredible time at Eden. Complements to the chef, Matt, Robert, and the rest of the team that made our anniversary such a special occasion.

Our dinner at Eden in Banff was hands down one of the most memorable experiences of our honeymoon. A huge shoutout to Matt R., who made the whole night even more special. From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond, making us feel like VIPs.

The food? Absolutely incredible. Each dish was not only stunning to look at but packed with flavor. Matt made sure we knew exactly what went into each course, and his recommendations were spot on. The views from the restaurant were just as amazing as the food—surrounded by the mountains, it felt like we were dining in a postcard.

What really stood out, though, was Matt. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just had a way of making the night feel effortless and fun. He turned an already great dinner into an unforgettable experience.

If you’re ever in Banff, Eden is a must. And if Matt’s there to take care of you, you’re in for something really special. This was one of those nights we’ll always look back on and smile.

One of the best dinning experiences I have had. From the moment we valeted our car until the end where they gave us a signed card by all our servers and an extra dessert, it was a truly amazing dinning experience. While the view is astonishing, the attention to detail, tasty dishes and positive and friendly attitude of the team, the experience did not disappoint. My partner and I both did the 4 course each instead of the 7 course which basically covered all the options. I would highly recommend this spot, while expensive, as def worth the distance ,time and money.

Amazing experience. We were here in 2020 just before lock down and today exceeded those expectations. Absolutely delicious. Well thought out. Amazing flavours. Exceptional service (Matt and others). So happy we splurged. Well worth it.
Oh and could accommodate my celiac easily.
