Bienveillance et hospitalité sont les mots qui me viennent en tête en repensant à mon séjour chez Lina et Fred. Mon conjoint et moi avons adoré notre expérience. Lina et Fred sont un couple formidable et à l'écoute de leurs invités. Le matin, on nous a servi des déjeuners détectables dont la présentation était digne des magazines. En plus, nous avions des pains frais du jour en collation pour l'après-midi. Notre chambre était d'un grand confort et d'une propreté impeccable. La maison est magnifique en plus d'être située près du centre-ville, des restaurants, vignobles, activités, etc.|Mon conjoint et moi prévoyons déjà y retourner et y amener des amis tellement nous avons apprécié notre expérience. Un énorme merci à Lina et Fred pour ce sejour parfait ! Ce fut un plaisir de vous rencontrer.

We have returned to Edgewater B&B year after year because this is a gem in the heart of Picton. Walking distance to businesses and restaurants, but on a quiet street facing the harbour. The hosts, Lina and Fred, are welcoming, attentive and make you feel at home. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The rooms are very well appointed and bright. Bravo!

From the moment we arrived, Fred and Lina made us feel like we were family. They welcomed us with open arms and their warmth and kindness was genuine. Their B & B was spacious, clean and impeccably decorated. Breakfasts were spectacular and the conversation made us feel like we were at a family get together. If we could give them 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. Highly, highly recommended and we can’t wait to go back.

We visited the Edgewater Bed and Breakfast just after Labour Day and what a treat.|The Cape Cod style home is beautifully designed both inside and out. The attention to detail is amazing. We stayed in the King Suite which had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was stunning along with the walk in closet area. The hosts, Lina and Fred, could not have been more charming and welcoming. The breakfasts were creative and delicious (three of which we experienced). We will definitely return and highly recommend this unique B&B. Thank you Lina and Fred for a memorable experience.

This is our 4th visit to Edgewater B&B. We had a lovely stay, as usual. Fred and Lina are perfect hosts; the warmest welcome, great conversation, a delicious three-course breakfast each day, the finest attention to details…of course we will be back! We will not stay anywhere else. Thank you Fred and Lina for another memorable weekend.

This place is an absolute gem. The B&B house is beautiful. There is a lovely wrap around porch with a lovely garden. It over looks the harbour which is a great view. Inside is a cozy, welcoming space that is tastefully decorated. Fred and Lina are beyond gracious hosts. Fred is an excellent cook and Lina is an excellent baker so between the two you are in for a gourmet treat. The breakfast is better than most brunch places in Toronto. I'm so sorry I didn't take pictures for this review, but I am sure I will go back. If you are looking for the quintessential B&B experience this is the place you want to be.

We stayed two nights at Edgewater B&B in the ground floor King suite. The bed was comfortable, the en suite bathroom beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious. Fred and Lina are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area - they even helped us find the person who had sold us strawberry plants 10 years ago based on a vague description and the general locale! We also enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cocktail before heading out to dinner. Highly recommend this establishment!

My bestie and I stayed here this past weekend. Fred and Lina were so attentive, warm, friendly and amazing cooks!

They gave us some great recommendations for around town. They were lovely to chat to. Just kind genuine people.

The breakfast ...honestly...probably the best breakfast I've eaten outside my home at a b&b or hotel. Everything just tasted amazing, I wish my stomach was bigger so I could've eaten more!

The rooms and entire place was so clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. Very luxurious and you can tell they take pride! The bed was so comfy, I fell asleep instantly! The shower upstairs was super clean and great pressure. The location is perfect and that porch was excellent for reading and watching the fox run by! The garden out front is so beautiful and well taken care of. True labour of love!

They have such a gem in this little B&B. Definitely will be recommending to any family and friends who stay there!
