The first time I went my nail tech did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the results, the second time however, I had a different nail tech and she simply is not good at nails. My gel set came out lumpy, un-even, weirdly thick at places it shouldn’t be, and the nail art was below average. The woman was sweet but at the end when I was looking at them, I expressed that the filing job is just a bit messy and asked if she could fix them up a little more before I leave. She did for about 10 seconds before I suppose giving up, and then handing me the nail file for me to do it. I did end up getting 10% off my total for this poor service, but I do still believe I paid way too much for this set. One more thing, the vibes in this shop are not very welcoming. The person who greets you doesn’t even smile, they just stay straight face and ask if you have an appointment. I’m not asking for a super jolly greeting but I do think the way you greet your customers in the beginning is extremely important for their comfort. These vibes make it seem like non of the workers want to be there, and like me and my friends are a burden. I’m seeing all these other poor reviews and how the owner responds to them with mainly excuses and justifications for their poor service. How about find a better way to run your shop and teach your workers some manners. Do better Elira.

I went in with only a few pictures that kind of showed what I wanted since it was hard to find exactly what I wanted. She did a really good job helping my idea work out. She also shaped my nails so nicely. I don't really like my hands, but the way she did my nails makes them look a little more dainty. I didn't ask her name, but she was in spot 1. Thank you 🙂

The worst manicure I’ve EVER received. My nails are lumpy and some aren’t shaped. This is the result AFTER she did two of the nails twice. Can do it at home better. Will not go back and would not recommend.

Great little salon with a lot of staff! Prices are very reasonable. Only drawback is that you can't prebook a particular attendant. Some have more experience than others so it would be an advantage. 🥴 For example, I have gel based nails and not all can do them correctly. First time was an ok job. Second time was a great job! Two different workers. I would still return though. They definitely get you in/get you out in the hour allowed! LoL!

I got to Elira a couple times a year and they are awesome! They were very highly recommended by my sister and friends. They check in with you the whole time to make sure you like your nails and to make sure you are comfortable. This time that I went put it over the top! I went in with a design with multiple colours and at the very end my nail tech suggested adding some polka dots to fill in the empty space and I am thrilled with the results!!

I had a set done yesterday and I didn't like how they turned out after requesting what I wanted, and pointing out two of my nails were crooked - which was not fixed. It is a hit and miss depending on who is doing your nails..

I went back today to get them removed and a new set and the oriental lady did a FANTASTIC job!! (She did my nails this time and unfortunately I do not know her name to give credit but when I find out I will update this review).
She asked me if there were issues with my nails throughout the appointment and if there was things she needed to fix to let her know. She made sure my nails were not crooked and she did a perfect job at getting them to be exactly what I wanted.
I got a discount because of the previous set which was a bonus haha.

Everyone there is super friendly, the salon is clean and the prices are very reasonable! I just started getting my nails done at salons and I will always be going to Elira Beauty. I recommend.
