Ann Marie is a true gem of a human who holds a warm and inviting space for processing and moving through tensions and challenging sensations. I have had many massages from wonderful massage therapists. I have never had such a caring and wholesome experience as I did with Ann Marie. It's the little things: She picked me up at the entrance (to the Courtenay location), with a sign that has my name on it. As we enter her space it feels like an embrace that says welcome home, this is where you are taken care of, relax and enjoy. It's a beautiful and quirky space, the energy of it all feels nourishing and alive. Ann Marie has a beautiful way of massaging the body and feeling / moving energies around. It is just a delightful experience.
