I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shannon for a lash extension appointment, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere that set the tone for an amazing experience.

The lash extensions are absolutely stunning! Shannon is a true artist, and she took the time to customize my lashes to perfectly suit my eye shape and style. They look incredibly natural yet voluminous, and I've received so many compliments since my appointment!

Additionally, I tried the Japanese head treatment, and it was pure bliss. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I felt all my tension melt away. The combination of soothing techniques and gentle pressure left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. It's a must-try for anyone looking to unwind!

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return for both my lashes and another head treatment. Thank you, Shannon for your exceptional service and talent!

Hands down, my best spa experience to date! From the services booked right down to the delicious tea they served in between our treatments - pampered pampered pampered!

We booked the scalp and skin facial package - an hour long facial, followed by an hour long Japanese head spa treatment. One word - incredible!! We definitely left there feeling like Queens 😊

Suzy at Emerald beauty is fantastic! Not only has her laser hair removal service been impressive, it has also provided immediate results that I am excited about. My experience with Emerald Beauty Day Spa was very disappointing. I made an appointment online for a manicure about two weeks in advance for a Monday morning in preparation for my wedding that Friday. The Saturday before my manicure, the nail technician reached out to me by text to see if I could reschedule to an earlier day. I told her that was not possible as I was set to arrive in Canmore just in time for my appointment. I then checked in with her on Sunday to make sure we were still on for my original time on Monday and she confirmed. I arrived on Monday to learn that my nail technician was a no show and that the other staff members were unable to get in contact with her. Despite attempts to call and text the nail technician, we were unable to get through. I was told that the spa would not continue to work with this particular nail technician and that they could try to squeeze me in at some point with their other nail technician, however limited availability on their part and a very busy wedding week schedule on my end left me scrambling to find an alternative at the last minute. I will add that the owner reached out to me after and was very nice and apologetic, however I wanted to leave an honest review as a warning regarding unreliable nail technicians. This would probably be a great spa for other services, but I would look elsewhere for a manicure.
