I have been a client for a proximity 4 years and had always had great service. I wanted my husband to experience the same joy of having a pedicure and the massage that went with it, however, he was hesitant to do so. When I was encouraged by the Spa coordinator that we could do this together I was delighted. My husband agreed! We enjoyed two spa treatments together as a couple. A wonderful experience. (We both had different pedicures and different treatments so the prices differed) We booked again and had a great experience until I came home and received a call from the new Spa coordinator telling me that I hadn’t paid the $40.00 couples fee. I was shocked. I had not ever been told about a fee for couples. The previous fees were added to the different pedicures my husband and I had so I didn’t acknowledged and recognized the higher fees, and I foolishly didn’t request receipts, assuming, everything was upfront. I spoke to the owner explaining the situation who agreed that the spa coordinator didn’t always communicate the upfront fees and who is no longer with the spa. However, the owner was unwilling to forgo the $40.00 fee. (I had never even asked for the other fees to be reimbursed for the previous 2 appointments).
She has now lost a faithful customer and a new customer over a $40.00 fee.
A very sad situation, especially for her estecicians who have lost clients, for no fault of their own.

I had a great experience today! Booked same day, but due to an error on the system my appointment was lost when I arrived.(fixed now) Shannon at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. It was late in the day and no one was available for my appointment. She Contacted Tanya who came down straight away to do the appointment. Very professional, proactive and friendly team 👏

This is based on a pedicure from Nicole back on August 2nd with Nicole- I've booked this pedicure while I was on my third trimester of pregnancy, and wanted to treat myself!

I had a moment to fret about the parking before I realized there was one near the front. The establishment was small, but I felt comfortable, the waiting room organized. There was a sign that asked customers to kindly help maintain the peaceful atmosphere, which I was grateful for. I was also offered water very kindly a few times during my visit.

Nicole was very helpful, conversational, and definitely could recognize subtle social cues (I dunno, I like to notice these things). She definitely could tell when I was being conversational, or when I merely wanted to enjoy the moment quietly.

As a person prone to being tickled, I was worried; but Nicole was helpful in ensuring that the pressure was enough to not tickle, or hurt. I could have sworn I almost fell asleep once or twice.

I came out relaxed, socialized, and ready to not be self-conscious about my feet when giving birth!

My only wish was that they had gel polish, but that was a very little wish.

I definitely would like to visit again, should the opportunity arise.

First time at Emerald Day Spa and first time getting a facial. Holy smokes. Karly was super gentle and made me feel like a pampered princess. Every part, from cleansing to peels, hand massages and foot reflexology… even the way she speaks… every part was gentle and soothing. I feel like I left with new skin AND like I was floating on a cloud. She even took the time after to talk to me about my skin care routine and what I could do at home to help my skin more. Highly recommend her services!

My mother and I had our first facial today with Nicole & Lauren. It was absolutely one of the best experiences we have had in our lives. The girls were so incredible from start to finish, we both felt like new people. We had the signature facials, the massage was so amazing and our faces feel bright and refreshed. I had the 90 minute Signature Facial with Xyrah and it was amazing! She was so gentle and thorough, it was an incredible experience, will 100% do it again, and the owner, Tanya is amazing. 5/5 stars!
