Emilie is a great RMT and very knowledgeable. She provided a comfortable environment and was able to help loosen a lot of tension in my upper and lower body. She also provided instructions to help with some of the areas I struggle with which was great. I definitely recommend and will be going back.

I have used Emilie's services twice now over a span of a few months and my first two visits were very well. I enjoyed her techniques and she knew what she was doing. However for my 3rd appointment, I booked with her on spot instead of booking online on my own time and due to a family emergency I had missed my appointment and she had charged my account the full payment. I do have some issues with that, I did not receive any text or call reminder a day before my appointment that I had this appointment that I could have told her I'm not able to make it due to an ongoing family emergency that week. She also did not call me either after 10-15 minutes of realizing I was not there. A call would have been appreciated. Again, I did not receive any call or text reminder that I had missed my appointment and hence she will be charging the full payment. I did email her to ask her if she can let it go as a one time thing and her response was no and it says it in her T&C that a no show fee will be charged. I don't think its fair for her to expect people to remember her T&C from months or years ago while she can't even call us to see why we didn't show up or even send a text reminder. Due to this, I will not be going to her again or recommend her to anyone.

Emilie is an excellent RMT. She’s easy to talk to, accommodating with her schedule and she gives an amazing massage. She is attentive to feedback and readily adjusts pressure levels to suit my needs. I’ve gone to her for help with posture, for help improving flexibility, for issues with muscle cramps around my ribs and for general relaxation. I’m always satisfied with the treatment she provides and would recommend her to anyone.

Emilie's services are excellent. She is a wonderful therapist. I went to her with excruciating pain in my shoulder and arm. After a single session I felt much better and am able to sleep well again. Emilie is very professional and even went out her way to accommodate my schedule. She is clearly passionate about her job and has a genuine concern for helping her clients.
