Arrivé par le bateau comme la plupart, nous avons été accueilli tard. Belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner avec pane cake maison. Dans quartier résidentiel proche du port mais très calme. Nous avons pris la chambre avec salle de bain privée. Très gros volume, possibilité de faire de la cuisine et frigo à disposition.

Ce qui prime dans ce B&B, c'est l'accueil de sa charmante propriétaire, Cindy...Très sympathique et dévouée, elle fera tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable et se propose même de vous emmener (moyennant quelques dollars) avec sa propre voiture à l'endroit que vous désirez...||Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable, la literie parfaite et le secteur est calme;||Dans le grand salon réservé aux hôtes, on se sent comme chez soi, un grand frigidaire et des boissons chaudes sont à disposition; Une jolie terrasse est attenante... ||Les petit-déjeuners qui y sont servis sont savoureux et copieux, very "British"...||Bref, j y retournerai avec grand plaisir, et comme on dit : ||"you arrive here as a guest, you leave the place as a friend !"

Arrivés à23h30, Colin nous attendait. Et de nouveau le matin, bon pied bon oeil. Chambre correcte, salle de bains commune, grand lit confortable. RAS. Breakfast complet, sur commande la veille au soir.|Paiement en cash.|Un bon B&B, qui manque cependant un peu de chaleur ...

Cindy was fantastic, I initially booked the room through her web page but then discovered I made a mistake on the dates. She was able to get me in for the date I wanted. When we arrived we were greeted by Cindy, she showed us around the B&B then informed us that she had upgraded us to the king suite. The room was amazing and probably the cleanest of any B&B or hotel both me and my wife have ever stayed in. The bathroom was magnificent with the large one person soaker tub a fantastic shower and his and hers sinks. The bed was super comfortable and felt like it was brand new. Even though we did not have the chance to utilize the common area it looked wonderful, with lots of space to unwind. It was also nice that the location was close to the ferry terminal as we had to catch the ferry in the wee hours of the morning.||||Anyone going to Prince Rupert to stay a few days or use a stop over to catch the ferry should try to get into this wonderful B&B

Cindy runs a 3-guest room space on the upper floor of her house, located 5 minutes’ drive from either the B.C. ferry terminal or from town. | The room we were in had a king bed, which took up most of the room width. There also was a sofa/hideabed, which faced a large TV. There’s ample shelf space, but we had to open our suitcases on the sofa/hideabed, filling it completely with our gear. There’s a small table beneath the TV. The ensuite bathroom has been upgraded it just needs a better shower curtain liner. The one there needs to be cleaned or tossed, it smelt mildewy. The bedspread is very outdated, probably 20+ years old. It’s flowery and makes the room seem dated. It was clean, just old fashioned. |Cindy works hard and tries to keep her place clean which is largely the case. It’s a lot of work to turn 3 places around, with no help. There’s a common kitchen where you can prepare your own food. There is no breakfast provided, just the fixings for tea or coffee. The bed was very comfortable, towels were adequate, supplies were fine. |Cindy took time out of her chores to chat with us and worked with my husband to resolve a booking.com problem for the future. She prefers cash payment, so that required a trip to our bank, but she was willing to wait a day for payment until we did so. There’s parking right in front and a key code to enter. The wifi is excellent 5G speed. This is an adequate place to stay. The listing says late arrivals welcome, alluding to the late arrivals of the ferry from Port Hardy at 11 pm. We arrived at 11:30 and her grandson showed us our room & gave us a brief introduction. My suggestion is that a card with frequently asked questions be printed out so that whoever arrives can get their answers from the sheet. We helped guests the next day, and they had the same questions that we did and more. ||

This was our third trip to Prince Rupert and we wanted a fantastic place to stay. The Enchanted Rainforest B&B fit all our expectations. Our room was large with an even larger bathroom which contained a shower, double sinks, and a soaker tub with all the soaps, bath salts, beautiful towels, crystal lights....just lovely. Our hosts were special people who made us feel like their special guests. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely large room with the main décor featuring a wolf theme. Beautiful sand cast wolves or all sizes. Our hosts, Cindy, has a fantastic knack for decorating rooms and choosing colours. We would love to stay here again.

Enchanting from beginning to end! From the warm greeting by the friendly hosts who exceeded in meeting my every need, making me feel at home, at ease and blessed to share in their company to the magical rainforest vibe I truly was enchanted! One of the best breakfasts I've had coming out of the service industry, the gourmet coffee and the most delectable cinnamon buns were unforgettable. I have yet to experience the level of exceptional service, exquisite taste in decor and beautiful energy as I did in this lovely bed and breakfast. Class,elegance,comfort,reasonably priced and exceptionally clean! Beyond impressed! The only downfall was my short stay! I definitely will come back and highly recommend it to anyone travelling through. Thank you Cindy and Colin for making me feel like family! A pleasurable stay, one that I didn't want to come to an end. Beautiful surroundings and far more beautiful family. I will miss the animals too!! A big squeeze to you all!
