The massage that I recently had with Michael at Espen Wellness was one of the best that I have ever had. I felt comfortable immediately when meeting him as he was very welcoming. During this first treatment, he checked in regularly to ensure that I was good with the pressure applied (and his technique was exceptional). He was knowledgeable about areas of concern and he was professional and kind. I have already booked a 2nd appointment and am so happy to have found this place so close to home.

I had an initial massage at Espen after years of working overnights on a nursing unit. I cannot say enough good things about Espen and Michael! Appointments are available within a week or so, the building is a nice clean and quiet environment, and the service is exceptional! Definitely recommend stopping by!

Had a fabulous massage with Michael! The whole experience was great right from the start with super efficient online booking and a very welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. Michael thoroughly explained the treatment process and made me feel comfortable, asked lots of questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. I felt so much better by the time I left and have already booked my next appointment. Also worth mentioning is the availability of Saturday appointments; this is hard to find and worked really well for me. Highly recommend!

Got a massage here from Michael. He was very knowledgeable and professional and it was a great visit. The clinic itself was very clean, and surprisingly quiet considering it is 'in town'. They offered direct billing that was very easy. Will definitely be back!

I had back pain from an injury that was restricting my range of motion a great deal, which was really challenging for me as a yoga teacher. The stiffness seemed to be "stuck" at that limited range. Michael worked on it thoroughly and just putting my own socks on after was amazing! He is professional, respectful and obviously very efficient as I felt some relief instantly. Thank you and I will keep going until I'm 100% again, committing to maintenance to ensure I stay strong and healthy.

I've been going to Michael for just about a year. When I came to him with a terribly back sprain. Over the course of several months he helped ease alot of tension in my back from the bad strain.. and I've continued going to him ever since. Michael has magic hands that csn ease your aching muscles. He's also very knowledgeable and experienced . The location is amazing and great parking as well.
