A notre arrivée dans cette belle maison centenaire, nous avons été accueillis par téléphone par le propriétaire, qui avait dû s'absenter quelques minutes. Nos fiches étaient déjà prêtes, notre chambre désignée clairement, nos clés nous attendaient. Il voulait s'assurer que nous n'avions pas d'allergies alimentaires, en prévision du déjeuner du lendemain !||||Notre chambre était impeccable, avec salle de bain ensuite et une vraie douche dans un vrai grand bain ancien, et un coin boudoir. Le lit était impeccable, nous avons vraiment très bien dormi.||||Au déjeuner, les places étaient désignées par des noms, et le menu était non seulement élaboré, mais très copieux et délicieux. Tout était fait maison, servi avec classe, dans un environnement élégant, avec de la très belle musique classique. Notre hôte, James, était très professionnel et aimable. Et nous avons appris qu'il est musicien et sa conjointe est chanteuse d'opéra, alors tout s'explique ! Vraiment un endroit à retenir, et en plus, le prix était fort raisonnable comparé à d'autres B&B moins propres et moins accueillants.

Loved it! The owners are fantastic and the food was delicious. They really know the place so ask anything and you won't be disappointed. While I do not have pictures of the place I can only describe it as marvelous..a travel back in time.

Really cool spot to stay. The inside is really well maintained and all the decor is very vintage but in great shape. Our room was really comfortable, quiet and relaxing. They had great amenities likes board games and books which were great for a rainy day.

Location is in walking distance to basically everything. Really enjoyed our stay here.

My brother and I stayed at this beautiful inn. The inn is magnificient throughout having been restored and filled with period furniture. The host Monica regailed us with interesting stories of the inn’s history. Finally, the breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed interesting conversation with other guests in the dining room. This was my first experience of a bed and breakfast. I really enjoyed.

We stayed here overnight on a family trip. The host, Jamie, was very friendly and helpful and the inn itself was beautiful and well restored. Rooms were comfortable and clean, lots of games stocked, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious (fresh fruit, blueberry cinnamon rolls and an omelette). We'll be back.

Charming Victorian manor. The mattresses could use replacing, but by far Pat is THE reason to visit. She’s the embodiment of East Coast hospitality. Such a wonderful personality, keeps the place super clean and a great cook!
Make sure you don’t do what I did and assume the breakfast will be run of the mill “continental” breakfast. She makes a fresh homemade breakfast for you, so if you have any dietary restrictions write them down on the card when you check in (from experience- I had to watch my husband eat both mine and his baked eggs because I neglected to mention an allergy 😭, so I finished off the homemade blueberry cinnamon rolls 😁). Very much recommend!!!

We spent our 24th wedding anniversary there last fall and found the staff was very accommodating, the rooms were immaculate, the food was amazing like in a five-star restaurant and we very much enjoyed Conversation Over breakfast with the other guests. We absolutely loved the old Victorian charm of the house and we are planning another visit there this summer!
