To start I was going to the motel very critical. This is where I grew up my parents owned it. I was extremely happy with every part of the motel. They've updated the rooms. Keep extremely good care. The grounds are still amazing right off the crows nest highway, just before the Hope Princeton pass I definitely stop if you can. Room 17 was always my face.

Great guy. Got my dad and I a room after a hard day on the motorcycles. No vacancy anywhere in town and he was closed for the night, we stopped in his parking lot as my father couldn't ride any further with his heart condition, the owner came out to check on us and made space for us, very grateful for the experience. 100% recommend and the only place in town we'll stay in the future

We arrived late as we planned to drive through to our destination but our small kiddos needed somewhere to rest their heads. We stumbled across this motel and it was such a wonderful experience. The owner held a room for us when I called half an hour away and upon arrival he was very hospitable. The rooms are dated, but very clean. It was quiet (couldn’t hear neighbours) and the beds super comfortable. In the morning the kids enjoyed the continental breakfast and a swim in the heated pool.

The owner stayed up late to give me keys to my room, and had coffee and breakfast ready early in the morning which I appreciated as I had a Zoom meeting at 7 AM. Call and request a room closer to the reception office as that is where the wifi modem is, and you will be more likely to get a better signal in your room. I stayed here with my 2 cats and appreciated very much that the room was pet friendly at a reasonable price. My room had a bit of extra space (sitting area) which gave me and my pets room to move around. Main takeaway - clean, quiet, and the owner is very kind and accommodating.

Vintage, yes. Spotlessly clean, yes. Bill was a great host and supplied a lovely continental breakfast the next morning. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. There is a pool, swing set, fireplace and horseshoe pit. I liked the green space around the motel for walking my dog.

Wonderful service. Very clean rooms. Dated decor but it was quaint and felt like walking back in time. However that didn't make it bad. The beds were comfortable and we still had modern amenities.

The owner really makes this place. Warm, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are cozy older style with big windows that I loved. Outdoor pool and BBQ are nice additions. Kitchenettes available. Fire pit when fire ban is not on.

Also affordable and convenient. Great place for families and workers in the area.

Rooms were clearly old, but huge, clean, and decently quiet. Wifi was terrible and barely reached the room, but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a huge deal.

Really nice host and accommodating to our later check-in. Good location for a quick overnight stay - well worth the price.

We will be back for sure.
