I'm just very disappointed right now. I just called to confirm my couples massage appointment that I booked back in May, May 27 to be exact, for my 1yr anniversary and they said the appointment is no longer booked. We were really looking forward to this for our anniversary and now we do not know where else we can go. I tried them out right before my wedding last year and it was great but now I'm trying to figure out why and how come our appointment was canceled without our permission. I don't remember the ladies name that we talked to back in May but she was a young with shoulder length brown hair. She was very kind and sweet as well but apparently she said she booked us and didn't. They said if someone cancels they'll let us in but it's still disappointing. Guess we'll have to try again later and get it in writing.

Ezentials is one of the nicest spa centres I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The reception is very welcoming and pleasant, the space, despite the massive size, is very well laid out, the individual areas are very carefully curated and designed. You can tell that the people who run this place, and the people who operate the space, really care about what they do.

I routinely visit for RMT services, and also recently tried the Mind Sync therapy. While the service wasn’t for me, many of these services will have a drastic difference in terms of effectiveness on an individualistic level, so I encourage you to try it out! It’s unique in the industry, and a fairly low cost-barrier to try it out makes it that much easier to say yes to exploring it.

I’m extremely satisfied with each visit and excited to see what new developments are yet to come!

This was mine and my partners second visit. Date night at the Nordic lounge. Our first experience was phenomenal, hence why we returned a second time.

The second time we figured we'd try the food. We both ordered the beyond meat salad. The beyond meat was ice cold, was not even good, still pink etc. We spoke to the owner/cook, she had zero idea on how to properly make her own food.

I would highly recommend either the owners of the spa test the food at the Cafe prior to continuing in having this Cafe within the spa. It was awful.

Second, the steam room had mold. Two seperate photos attached. Absolutely sad to see as we pay for this service and expect a night away from day to day stresses. Whoever made this steam room, did not do the tiling properly. Something we noticed first time. It will 100% always have mold until the issue is fixed.

The Nordic spa was 40% off, we did receive an additional 10% off, however, highly reconsidering ever returning to this facility and/or recommending to others.

Beautiful spa, very comfortably and cozy atmosphere. A coffee/snack bar and lots of little spa items to purchase. Staff was friendly meeting upon entrance. She walked me throught the spa and explained how everything worked. Theres a relaxation area where you wait for your appointment. I had RMT, and enjoyd it so much! It has a sauna and steam room, I will surely try it next time.

I tried their Nordic Lounge experience and it was incredible! Relaxing, luxurious and fun! Plus, they've got a great shop and cafe. The smoothies are amazing. I highly recommend this place!

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and finally got to use it. Absolutely loved the time I spent in the Nordic lounge. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing! I capped off the 90 minute session with a delicious seasonal latte. I'll be back.

First time customer ..... so amazing ! Staff so friendly , accommodating. Will definitely be a returning customer !!! Wine and a sauna? Does not get better than that !
