Attention, de ne pas prendre les chambres qui sont collés sur la cage d'escalier car cela procure beaucoup bruit !

I am as loyal as there ever is. I am and have been a Diamond Elite Member at Holliday Inn Express and associate hotels. Figured time for an upgrade to the great Marriott Chain. ||Stayed at a few different properties prior and were ok enough to keep trying. However when we came to stay at the Fairfield in Lethbridge has caused me to end my relationship with Mariott.||Room was booked through my account on Bonvoy App which coincidentally doesn't work and was told to uninstall and reinstall......thanks tips. When my spouse checked in she put her the room and all charges on her cc. You would think the Front desk attendant would realize, hmmm uhm room is already paid in full by your husband's card. Nope let's take another $560 from your card. Fast forward 24hrs when it was noticed....oh sorry sir the charges will be returned in 7 to 10 business days. In the meantime it's the 1st of the month and they are earning intrest, I will be paying intrest on MONEY that should have never ever been charged. They have tied up $1000 of my money||I am a nobody, they will never ever do anything to correct it cause I don't matter. However let it be known every time someone mentions Marriott or associate hotels i will bring this up. I asked them to reach out but you all k own never will happen.||As for the room, the remote doesn't work, stains on the wall and dead bugs under the light. You would think for 450 for 2 nights it would be a touch cleaner. Stay at the Hamptons or anywhere but here

My stay here was great. Lots of room for parking on a sold out night. Front desk staff was amazing, friendly and very accommodating to what I wanted and needed. The efforts were much appreciated. My room was clean and well put together and quiet for the most part. Only noise I heard was the train horn and engine retarder brakes from the semi trucks on the nearby highway, but what can you do. Thanks for a great stay, I will return here next time I’m in Lethbridge.

I’m writing this review for my Mother and elderly grandmother who stayed here the night of Jan. 27th 2025. and experienced terrible customer service from Maria. Their overall experience was very disappointing.
My mother and grandmother travelled in from out of town for a medical appointment, the room was requested to be a king with an accessible bathroom for my wheelchair bound grandmother. The room was paid for in advance prior to their arrival by my Aunt.
Upon check in Maria demanded that a Credit Card be provided for payment, when she was told the room was paid for. she denied it was paid and argued policy was CC on file. She only admitted the room was paid for after my aunt who paid spoke with her over the phone.
Furthermore, my elderly grandmother, again who needs accessibility was put on the second floor .. what if you had an emergency last night and the elevator was shut down!?!

The room that was requested and paid for was not available, but your website said that you had three king accessible rooms available for last nights stay?
I hope you get fired Maria, because you don’t get to treat ppl the way you treated my family last night and get away with it.
I personally will never stay at your establishment ever, and I will tell everybody I know of the treatment my family received last night.

The hotel is in a good location with a restaurant next door and a Tim Hortons a short walk away. The front desk staff are warm and friendly and check in is quick. Plenty of options for breakfast. Someone is always around cleaning and replenishing the food. The rooms are spacious and Wifi is good. ||During my most recent stay, the mattress had a distinctive slope and the dresser drawers need cleaning as they were very very dusty. Few dings and marks on the wall but nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel.||Overall, I like this hotel - and I would recommend. I've stayed at a few different hotels in Lethbridge but keep coming back to the Fairfield Inn.

Very loud hotel. 4 night stay and I am next to the stairwell. It's consistently loud from midnight to 5am. I am not sure why the bed is against the wall facing the stairwell. It shakes you awake when people are in the stairwell.

The train is also very loud.

If it wasn't for the hotel being sold out and other nearby hotels sold out I would move. Being sleep deprived on vacation isn't fun.

The location and breakfast are decent.
