Good coffee taste and snack place during the (sometimes long) wait for the ferry in Tsawassen terminal. This coffee place has some areas of improvement, however, the food court is clean and well maintained, free public washrooms are also available for all genders, and the announcements are made on time to go back to the cars whenever needed.

Told me to use the fountain when I asked for hot water. Happy to spend money on local businesses but found this to be rude and lacking in basic generosity. Happy to walk down the terminal to the market.

They only accept CANADIAN debit cards or cash. When i handled a 20 USD bill to play 25 CAD the girl told me it was not enough, needed to pay 25 usd. Exchange rate as today is 1.29 CAD per 1 USD that means 20 USD are 25.84 CAD. really bad service

Im sorry but it’s absolutely ridiculous that they would be unwilling to give or sell a cup for water. Response was also quite rude. Frankly if I didn’t have an hour and a half wait I would have returned the food I bought simply on principal. If you can bring your own food, do it.

No one makes eye contact, stood at the register with my wallet waiting to purchase a sad looking and over priced sandwich behind the counter. Girl was too busy moping the floor and even mopped around me while I was waiting. What a joke.

The fascist lady at the counter wouldnt sell me a paper cup for water. She insisted i spend money i didnt have for a bottle! Sell me a cup for christ sake i had a quarter!

If I can give zero stars I would have - rude individual, unwilling to give hot water to warm baby bottle. Just outright horrible service.
