They cut my toe the first time and my finger the second time. They filed right down to my nail bed until it bled. Fiona is very good at doing nails but more care should have been taken. She and her colleague sat and chatted in a language other than English the entire time she was doing my nails and I found it very rude. At least that’s what I was taught.

The owner has professionalism and the worst attitude, with the most disgusting treatment possible. I went there for a refill and she changed the shape when I told her I wanted the same shape. When I told her it was the wrong shape she started aggressively speaking to me,
I told her I was not a kid and she should not speak to me in such a manner. When I tried telling them I didn’t like how they did my nails I was told I’m trying to pull the card for free service. I made it clear that paying was not the issue but I needed my nails to get fixed she yelled at me and told me to get out, at this point I lost it as I tried my best to be patient. Long story short she called the police, and I stayed there once the police got there I explained and I left. This place is so unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone. It was the first time and the last for me. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

i have been going to fiona’s for years! they’re like second family. always manage to make an appointment around my schedule and can always fit me in super friendly and great conversationalists! my acrylic nails last forever and i have a very demanding job working in a shop! Fiona has amazing prices and Vicky is super talented with her little designs ! i never go anywhere else !

Terrible I would never recommend to anyone, the owner here has zero patient with her customers, talks however, she feels with her clients, does not follow the customers, wants or desires she will rush through the whole service, and provide you with whatever she feels is inconvenient for herself she only worried about how many clients comes in which puts her into an intense mood causing her to rush, yells at customers she’s impatient. She has zero professionalism over all very unhappy, and I would never ever recommend anyone to go here, save yourself that headache and look elsewhere.

Very rude and condescending. They made me put my hands on a dirty pad and when I asked them to clean it first, they shoddily swiped it. I needed to ask for the napkin and cleaned it by myself again. My finger got hurt while they where filing it and when I told them, not a word of apology or concern. Worst nail bar i ever visited.

Didn’t take her time, nail polish was smudged and dust in nails and she didn’t wipe anything off after filing none of the nails were same shape or height. And all started popping off within 2 days and breaking in half from me just throwing a ball of yarn.

Have been seeing Fiona for over 10 years now, she has the biggest heart and is absolutely great at what she does! Would recommend her to anyone.
