Bought a 6 pack of infused riZzlers. Says it's a 6 pack on container. Opened the container at Home and it only has 3 in it. Brought it back too there employee Jessica. mention it only has 3
She rudely snaps at me and says I don't believe you. I'm not refunding you. I don't even want a refund nor asked for one. I just wanted them to know there product wasn't as it says. Might be something too look into. Won't be back. There are much more friendlier herb shops in town. Check your product in store if you buy it there.

Wow! I am not from Sylvan but Firestone will be the place I stop when I am in town! Such a great selection and the staff are so great to talk to. Braiden recommended an infused preroll for a dog walk that was top tier! Will definitely be back! Thanks for the awesome customer service !

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, there’s a great selection of product and accessories. Customer service and management is outstanding, always a 10/10 experience when I come in! If you’re ever looking for some new fun infused pre rolls this is the place 🙂

Absolutely awful and rude customer service. The girl helping me didn’t even know the stock the store carried. She initially advised me that there were no infused pre-rolls, when there were over 15 in stock. She was short with me, condescending and cold. I will never shop there again, and neither will any of my friends or family.

I was helped my Serena S, she was amazing, truly the best help and customer service I’ve ever had. I went in there with little to no knowledge about the product and she was very happy to help me get the things I wanted.
