We stopped in here one evening during a road trip driving down from Calgary and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very casual, the drinks were awesome as well as the food. We were seated almost immediately and our waiter, Jake waited on us in a very short time. Overall I would have to say that the atmosphere service and food were all excellent.

I originally came to this restaurant because they serve Pelee Island wine. This restaurant is the reason I stay at the hotel. Love their menu, my steak was cooked perfectly, crispy mashed potatoes are a must try. Will try the lobster ravioli next time. Love the seasonal menu options and desserts. Service is great, it's nice that the manager helps the staff and takes time to check on the guests. Love the water feature and fire on the patio. Will be back.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and warm… wish the food was as warm. I have the Steak Benedict with hash browns on the side. It was room temperature at best: little inconsistent in temperature ranging from borderline chill to slightly warm. The eggs were at the room-temperature level, the sauce slightly warmer. The ‘has browns’ are nothing other than french fries, and likewise weren’t anything one would call warm. Very disappointing.
When the waiter asked if all was good and I responded with no enthusiasm that it was, they paid no apparent attention.

Firestone in Lethbridge was the perfect spot for our company Christmas party! The warm atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food made for an unforgettable evening. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly.

One star more than they deserve. Had an over cooked steak brought out so I asked for a new one… around an hour and a half later they come back with this. Then for the icing on the nearly 3 hours we spent just waiting for a meal, the ‘manager’ comes out saying he’s so sorry. And they don’t even give us anything for this disaster… just “I’m so sorry! We will take that off the bill for you.” Yeah no shit you will. Absolutely disgusting.

we waited for so long for the food to be served. Took 45 minutes or so. I ordered the Hand-cut Ribeye and didn't like it. I ordered medium rare but they gave me well done, so they had to give me a new one. The Wild Mushroom Pork Tenderloin was so dry and tasted bland. The chicken marsala was just okay. The ambiance is great, the people and our server was very friendly. But I expected since it took them a while to serve the food and served me a well done steak that they should've even offered something small like a free gravy for the inconvenience and long wait. Honestly, I would just skip this place and try something else.

We were coming back from our grandson's hockey tournament and decided to stop here for a bite to eat. We were sat down at 1:50 pm and were informed the brunch was done at 2, no problem. Our waitress came and asked for our drinks, which we ordered, came 5mins later. Then she came just came just after 2 to take our order, not much of a selection on our menu. I ordered a steak sandwich which wasn't all that great by any means, my wife was a little more happy with her meal. After we were done we found out a supper selection started at 2, which we weren't told. It had a lot more selection. Was very disappointed as we were not informed of this. I felt Diane should of informed us of this. It had been a while since we had been there last, so we weren't used to the menu.
