I have been seeing Aldwin for almost two months now and wow do I ever feel so much better!. With Aldwin's expertise my body is finally healing after years of suffering from severe pain. I have been seeing Aldwin once a week for almost two months and I can feel a huge improvement in my body. Aldwin is very intuitive with his treatments and incorporates different techniques such as assisted stretching which help improve flexibility, range of motion and circulation. I have seen other massage therapists in the past but I've never seen a massage specialist like Aldwin who has been able to to what he does. Aldwin is very kind, thoughtful, professional and friendly. He listens to your needs, is very accommodating and I feel so safe and relaxed in his presence. His studio is nice and clean. I feel extremely grateful to have found a massage specialist like him and I will continue to see him. Aldwin is by far the best massage specialist I have ever had and I would highly recommend him.

After two years of chronic neck and mid back pain I have FINALLY found relief from Tito Al!! I was looking for a more medical type of massage and I found Al's website and started reading about "Raynor Massage" which he is trained in. I was fascinated and decided to see him and it was the best thing I've decided to do this year.

It was painful but for the hard knots and tension I had it was expected and he also informed me prior, during and after of what to expect.

I saw him yesterday and today is the first day I woke up and wasn't in severe pain and I didn't have any limb that had poor circulation. It is incredible. I've tried RMT, Thai massage, Chiropractor, Chinese Massage etc and while I had temporary relief from those services I certainly didn't have instant relief. I didn't even think it was possible! I know I'll have to work to maintain this and continue seeing him at least for now but I'm so grateful to find someone who can deliver these results.

I just had my 2nd massage w Aldwin and it was A-ma-zing!!
I did deep tissue the first time and let me tell ya it was super deep but Aldwin was excellent at gauging my response and when to lighten up. It is rare that a Massage makes a big difference for me other than relaxing me for the rest of the day.
After having my second massage with him, I can feel the deep changes that are happening already.
I chose a hot stone massage the second time and Aldwin used some different techniques, as well as stretches that were very effective. Aldwin is kind, professional respectful, has a warm personality, which makes it very easy to relax in his lovely studio.
Booking online with him is easy and he’s quick to respond by cell phone. Thank you again!!

Kuya Aldwin is skilled and intuitive, identifying all my tension points and working them out with just the right amount of pressure. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the massage is spot on. I also appreciated how he patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns about the massage process. Kuya Aldwin's knowledge and experience as a Raynor massage specialist is excellent. I came with a very stiff right shoulder (I have difficulty moving as it has less mobility) and stiff legs. With Kuya Aldwin's expertise and patience those stiffness was released. He even worked with me longer than the appointment time as he wanted to help me released all those "frozen" and stiff muscles before I go home. I'm grateful that he did so because I work up with better right shoulder, I can rotate it now. The pain in my legs (calf muscle) and foot soles were gone as well.

Kuya Aldwin's space is in Downtown, Victoria so it is easy to access. It is near the Discovery coffee shop. Kuya Aldwin's massage studio is so also clean and welcoming. It has a relaxing atmosphere when you enter the space. Also, scheduling an appointment is easy as it can be done online and the payment method is easy as you can pay with your debit or credit card.

I would definitely go back and recommend Flexibility massage studio to my friends.

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage. Been suffering major pain in my Achilles tendon and he worked on the area of my concern for some time along with an overall body massage. I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend.

I feel like I have hesitated to share my experience with Flexibility Massage and the massage specialist Aldwin out of fear that he may become too popular, and I won't be able to schedule appointments as easily once word gets out about how incredible his massages are.

I have been seeing Aldwin at Flexibility Massage for almost a year and have had several session with him. Aldwin is amazing at providing a high quality Raynor massage, and is very intuitive to his clients needs and areas of focus. His studio is warm and inviting, dimly lit with soft music playing, I often drift off while getting my massages because it is such a relaxing environment. His studio feels more like a spa.

Aldwin is great at getting to know his clients, understanding their needs and following through with a massage that meets the goal you wish to achieve from receiving the massage (whether that is healing an injury or a sprain, or just relaxation). I had a herniated disc and sciatic pain, and there have been times where I have just strained my back, and he has been able to help. He takes his time in assessing his clients and he is so friendly that you immediately feel relaxed just talking to him.

I highly recommend Flexibility Massage and Aldwin. He knows what he is doing and easily accommodates people's schedules. He is the only massage specialist I see in Victoria.

I was in a great deal of pain due to an old injury so I called Aldwin this afternoon. He was able to get me in, the same day at 3:30.
The massage was absolutely wonderful. He has firm touch (in a good way) and gets right on the spots that need attention. I left feeling SO much better than when I walked in and for that I am so thankful! From the bottom of my heart, Aldwin, thank you! 🙂
