Had a great massage here! Fell asleep during it. Masseuse listened to my issues and put the right pressure for me. Very clean space. I could hear the washroom down the hall which was a bit weird, but overall a pleasant experience.

We had a great first experience at Flow for a couples massage. We originally booked a 60 min massage but then saw they had an amazing winter special that included a foot bath and dessert.

The venue was clean and smelled wonderful.

We started off with delicious tea and changed into slippers while we waited for our room to be ready. The couples massage rooms are large, and you don't feel crowded or uncomfortable.

You are provided clothing to change into, and then we were taken to the foot baths. Sea salt scrub and an amazing foot and leg massage for 30 mins.

After that, we went into our private room and had a 60 min massage. I love a massage, but omg, I LOVE getting stretched out. Everything got stretched, hips, spine, neck, you name it, it got worked.

In the end, we were so relaxed we didn't want to leave the bed, but I'm glad we did as they had a yummy hot dessert waiting for us in the lounge.

We will definitely be coming back at least once a month and will be recommending it to others.
